The other side is flat with a little button on it. press the button as you slowly squeeze your shaft. It should start to deflate, don't squeeze to hard. It gets easier the more you do it.

Many thanks. I guess the seroma is affecting the feeling of the button which I can't hold it firmly..Will continue to try hoping that I succeed till booking an appointment

Only if your doc clears you to submerse your incision after only 4 weeks.

I have the classic. I simply slide my fingers to the top of the ball until i have the block between my thumb and forefinger. Overhanded grip. If you can simply grab the block without determining if you”re gripping it correctly, the odds are 50/50 you are. Squeeze in pretty firmly and be patient. The saline does not rush out. The pressure in your inflated cylinders will force some out without you doing anything. After pressure equalizes, I then squeeze my dick. No need to strangle it, light firm pressure will work.

If the first attempt didn’t work due to not having the correct sides on attempt 1, then rotate the block 90% and repeat. Between the two attempts you should find it by default.

Also, that skin on your scrotum, when it’s mostly healed up is like the skin on your elbow. It can take a pretty good pinch without pain. With swelling gone and a bit of practice, you’ll find it easily. Hang in there.

Many thanks! I have the titan touch and unfortunately no matter how hard I press I'm not seeing progress and getting confused about what is the maximum deflation because no matter what I do I'm not getting deflated.

That would have been extremely, EXTREMELY helpful for me.

Hello Tokyo! Greetings from Thailand!

I was given the keychain ball during my Perito consultation. Though i ultimately chose Dr. C. I took the pump, placed it in a zip log baggie covered in olive oil. When peeing, i shook the bag to randomly let the pump settle. I put the whole thing between my legs and played with the pump. Positioning it upright. Finding the release bars, squeezing hard to pinpoint an approximation of what to expect when i “went live”.

I think this bit of contrived simulation helped at actual gamer-time (cycling day).

Many thanks foe the great tip...I wil try it when. I get my hands on the the keychain

Hey str84wd. I’m recently implanted with a one touch and by no means an expert. The deflation block is indeed difficult to ascertain which side to press. My skin masks the indentation and respective button to push. It feels like a cube to me. So I squeeze the cube while gently squeezing my dick. If nothing happens I go to the adjacent sides (90 degrees) and try squeezing there. Process of elimination has brought me success.

I don’t think this will damage the device. Once you identify the correct side you’ll have better reference.

Best to you and good luck.

hi str84wd, the button protrudes so little that you first have to locate it, put your index finger or thumb, whichever is most comfortable for you, once you have identified it, put the hand you want and put the most comfortable finger to apply force, you have to push it all the way in, if you don't have a grip it won't be easy to press it all the way down, remember, first identify which is the deflation button

Many thanks for sharing the tips.
I'm trying with caution given that I'm still new and a bit worried to damage something beside I'm not seeing progress in deflation and still not sure how will it feel to be fully deflated to benchmark as I still feel that it's semi hard even when I push and squeeze!

Is a movement noticeable when you press the Titan OTR deflate button?

When inflating the implant I feel the bulb pump moving, and then the movement of fluid (from the reservoir to the cylinders).

However, when pressing the Titan deflate button I feel no movement at all. The penis does become softer, but to a limited extent, and I am unable to achieve a completely flaccid penis. Is this because I have just had surgery (last week) and will this change over time?

I'm sure I'm pressing in the right place (the keychain simulator is useful for this).
