Go to Dr Loria at Loria medical and don’t look back. I’ve had several rounds over the past two years and gone from 4.5” to 6.5-7”. He has a patent on his filler and hoping for FDA approval to go international and trains doctors on his technique all over the country and guarantees it to be “permanent.” We all naturally lose collagen as we age thus the “permanent” but he has plenty of patients and reviews to back up his work including myself and he’s just a great dude. Forget spending all that money every couple of years.

I got my filler because i thought a thicker dick would equal more sensation and make it easier to cum. That was very true, but it was an ED issue not a sensation issue i found out, the injections postponed my implant for a couple years. Maybe worth trying some filler if you’re worried about an implant. Sex feels way nicer being thicker and for me, gave me an extra 2 years ish of normal sex…… but implant is king in my book.

Dr Loria said the filler worked great alongside implants as it makes the penis feel more natural and completely mitigates the possibility of feeling the tubes. Did you have any issues with your new collagen when the implant was inserted?

No, i didnt have any troubles. I think the implant has made flaccid look better. I would sometimes get a donut look that would come and go, now with the big flaccid cuz of implant, it looks normal 24x7 so far.

I’ll be 40 in February and hate the thought of several revisions if the Lord allows so I am riding Trimix as long as I can. I was in the same boat as you, I wanted the titan. Clavell recommended it based on my exam, he also recommended the classic pump, i wanted both of those things as well, i wanted the smallest pump and most ridged product. Clavell made that recommendation and i never had to ask, he advised what I already wanted. I would highly recommend Clavell, i am very happy with everything, its exceeded my highest expectations, the implant is amazing.

I does squeak more often than not, especially when fully deflated, once i get to 3/4 pumped up the squeak usually stops… and sometimes 1/4 guess it doesn’t make any noise at all. You will be able to manage it if you go with the classic, my wife says it feels the same but performs way better. Like others have mentioned, a bathroom break, pump while eating pie, etc…. My squeak is so quiet even light music would drown it out.

Road head, movie handy and im sure alot of other fun activities could be an issue if you want this to be a secret. I am in the camp of, FUCK! Her if she has a problem with it, if she has a problem with it than thats a big red flag and she doesn’t deserve my D. Shows some shitty character on her part to hold something like that over you, get out asap if thats the case. We are the catch, not them.

Phallofill and Urofill are the same concept but I can't confirm they are the same ingredients. Both advertise HA
as the filler.
