Sex for the first time since implant

Had sex for the first time since the implant.
Had a little bit of pain. But found "doggie" to be the best and pain-free. I am a little sore today as well. That was expected from what I have read on here.
Another issue I noticed was due to having some numbness. Finding the "hole" was somewhat of a challenge.
I was able to "finish" and that had a little pain to it. But it was also the first time I have cummed in 6-9 months.

My first sex after implant was almost 6 weeks post. Had a little discomfort during the act and I was able to finish even though that took a bit longer. But after I hurt so bad had to sit in a hot tub for 45 minutes to ease it.
Sounds like you are doing great healing up. It's only going to get better.

I am waiting for my implant from Dr. Eid.
In the meantime, for the last 6 years, I have used Trimix injections.
In every case, with a now only semi hard penis, I always locate the "hole" with my thumb and then follow my thumb with my penis, which does not require a sensitivity, for insertion.
I want to make sure that I am not probing her ass before going into her vagina and causing her a possible bacterial infection.
I am such a gentleman. LOL

Congrats on losing your bionic virginity. Was the implant placed infrapubicly or penoscrotally? I ask because in the latter case time until first sex is usually a bit longer, while for the infrapubic procedure three weeks seems to be more common.
