November 17 2023 will be one year for me and I will say that I have it back and just happy to be able to use it after 3 years ED(2.5 inch turtle head post loss of Prostrate). It takes time to get used to and to see growth. Length growth a bit however girth continues to thicken. I cycle per Perito exercises as he installed my equipment. Doing this changed my life. I am looking at fillers as the bottom to middle is thinker than middle to top. Id highly recommend getting the implant and hope you are in good hands.

Nervous and anxiety are two bad guys here. Can't blame you for feeling that way, especially when your wife goes to the extreme "What Ifs". Yea, it is a tough surgery but in a couple weeks you'll be healed, past the tough part. Then you have the rest of your life to enjoy never having to worry about being unable to satisfy your wife.
Best of luck, keep FT posted.

Hey,

My first experience masturbating with the implant was a feeling of deep grief. I couldn't believe how different it felt. I have a funny feeling its different for circumcised versus uncircumcised. When I watched videos of circumcised guys wanking, they always seems to masturbate the glans rather than the shaft. Now that I am implanted, in order for me to enjoy wanking, I have to focus on the glans. Focusing on the shaft feels like skin wrapped around a dildo. Previous to the implant, it felt amazing masturbating the shaft as it was a muscle that you can squeeze. This feeling is completely gone after the implant. I have to say I mourned it for months. It was one of lifes great pleasures and its gone!

Penetrative sex diverges less from the sensation prior to implant actually. It is not the same... for many reasons. But Penetration does feel amazing. Not as a good as without an implant, but pretty good. Wanking on the other hand, nowhere near as good imo

Anyone else think this?

It does get rock hard - like an erection of the 18 year old.

However, I think its the most enjoyable and natural maybe 80% erection (also more comfortable for my petite wife). At that level, it's the most natural in sensation, appearance. And I can go as long I need to.

I understand the reason for asking the question, but more relevant in my opinion is how it feels compared to the erection you had before getting the implant.

Most men before getting an implant haven't had a "natural erection" in years but needed aids to get an erection (injections, a cock ring, etc.) and even then the erection in most cases left much to be desired.

But how was masturbation in the year before you got the implant? To put it bluntly: if it was great you should not have gotten an implant, if it was not much fun you should focus on what you gained and not mourn about a state that would never be there anymore anyhow.

I know this is the right thing for me to do, it’s just a major surgery so with that comes nervousness naturally. My wife is super nervous about it. She’s completely supportive but her mind always goes to the worse case scenario immediately with everything. So that’s contributing to the nervousness as well.

I can’t wait for the day that I don’t have to worry about losing my erection due to my damn venous leak. I think about it constantly. It’s always in the back of my mind. This is going to be life changing.

Yes, women tend to be protective of their men. Has she gone to the surgeon's appointments with you? Is she comfortable enough to ask questions? Have you shown her some of the success stories on FrankTalk? (Not enough to give her unrealistic expectations for your first sessions, though.)

She hasn't gone to the appts. with me in retrospect I probably should have taken her with me. I think I'll show her some success stories like you mentioned. just

My point is that even without an erection, squeezing your penis even flaccid feels nice. With an implant it feels like nothing dont you think?

Thanks for the elucidation. Disappointment arise when expectations and outcome do not match. If your expect that your penis will function the way it did when you were sixteen, it will lead to disappointment and a focus on what you lose rather than what you gain. That is why I stress making fair comparisons.

I think the last time I was getting natural erections without the help of Viagra or Cialis was as far back as sophomore year of high school. Sex with the implant feels totally natural for me, with the only difference being the before and after of inflation and deflation.
