Testicles tight 2yrs post implant

Had my implant almost 2 yrs ago, it is one of the best decisions I very made. Prior to implant my testicles would hang low and loose. Since surgery they are up much tighter, and the pump is the lowest point. Do others have the same situation. I miss the swing and sway.

On my second implant after 7 years. With both, the right testicle is much higher than the left one. Left hangs normal. Right is very high.

My balls still react pretty normally, on hot day they can hang down quite a bit, I don’t wear underwear in summer, just too hot. And they get pretty low. Pump is very definitive at that point and riding not at the bottom of my sac but pretty close.

5 months post op and I can only find one testicle. I'm wondering if the doctor removed one to make more room for the pump. I'll flat out ask him at my next appointment in January. Not like it could be put back in.

I'm like that as well, but i think it's the AMS pumps and drs placement. Mine stick out like I got 1 ball..

I doubt that he removed it. But I can understand why you wonder about that.
My guess is it has retracted up. Have you carefully search real high? I've heard that sometimes they can basically disappear. Its like it decides to move into the attic.

My right testicle is also high and being hit by tubing pushing it forward.

Can we anticipate that this will improve, or just live with it? It causes quite a bit of discomfort when wearing tight clothes. 9 months post op.

No doctor would do that without your knowledge. They would lose expensive lawsuits and their license to practice. But I would just mention to your doctor that youre concerned about not being able to palpate your second testicle

My pump pushed my right testicle to the side and up. I can't feel it as an independent object but when I press I can find it from the discomfort you get from pressing. I almost wish they had removed it to make room. I don't really need it at this point in my life, radiation treatment killed it's function.

Mine is the complete difference my right is hanging perfect and left is much higher like it’s caught up in the tubing. Oh well if I ever become a dick model, which now I could my right profile would be my good side, lol
