TRIMIX Survey – WHERE ALONG THE SHAFT DO YOU INJECT?

From the dozens of posts written about the ideal injection site for the best quality of erection, we all seem to agree about where around the shaft you should inject. Left side or right side, 2 to 3 o’clock or 9 to 10 o’clock. But there seems to be some different opinions as to where along the shaft is the ideal location. So, shall we have a survey as to where “you” get the best results?

To make it easy, I’ve come up with a scale from 0 to 10. Zero being at the very base of your shaft and 10 being just behind the corona of your glans. Example: 2-3 would be a quarter of the way up your shaft from the base. 5 would be midway between the base and glans. 7-8 would be three quarters up from your base. 10 would be right behind your glans. Easy?

for me the right side works best as i have a huge vein along the left side. i inject a the usual places on the clock but i also inject at 1, 4, 5, 8 and 11 o'clock. my ideal spots are the middle shaft all the way up to right under the glans. i have recently started injecting close to the base with some success but all my misfires have happened near the base. i also use a VED to plump up to get a better area for injection and i also aspirate to ensure im in the right spot.

Anywhere from 3 - 9. On the clock I go from about 1:30/10:30 to 4:30/7:30. I alternate left/right.

I inject all along the shaft on both the Left and Right sides.
I also inject using 1,2,3,4 & 8,9,10,11 o'clock positions.
I have not found that location makes much difference.

I've done 70 injections and missed only once.
I now use VED to get a chubby, which aids in making sure the needle goes into corpora cavernosa.

The main difference I've found is how fast the injections work.
If I have a partial chubby where the blood is flowing before injection it seems to work fastest.

The only difference in location is a couple of times I injected near the glans and noticed an ache.

I inject around 3 or 4. I've only missed once and that time I was completely soft. My first urologist had me a little over halfway up and that seemed to work but my newer doc disagreed and she had me around a quarter or a third of the way up from the base. Seems to work fine although she was the one who also increased my dosage.

I generally inject alternating between R&L at 3 or 4.Tried other sites further out (6 or 7) but its hard to avoid veins and I had bruising so I went back 3-4. Didn't notice any difference in effect, it does seem to spread better when I massage penis immediately post injection. Never had a missfire in over 2 years.

Middle third of the shaft is my doc's recommendation and I've stuck to it (so between 4-8 on your scale). I've had good success on all areas, and misses on them as well. Generally speaking best results base and middle (4-6). Lesser at the 7-8 area; once again, according to your measurement scale.

I have used Trimix for over 10 years….

I inject everywhere. Up to 1/2 “ from the glands, down to the lower shaft. I just try and miss the veins because then it swells and bleeds a little, and you can see a bump. Minor, but not a perfect shot. I don’t use any injector, I just push the needle in. Works the same no matter where I put it. It’s best to move around, so you don’t cause scarring.

That is just me. I do have a ‘My Day’ journal that I use and I log either Left or right, so that is always switched. As for location, I just try and pick at random.
