Hello.
I am a 33yo male live in the San Francisco Bay Area and have had ED/ HF since my early 20's.
I am to the point where I am thinking seriously about getting an implant in the next few years. (Conoplast Titan).
However before jumping to that step I would really like to get an ultrasound and finding the real internal problems with my penis at this point. I have been to a urologist before, but this didn't seem to be something they did. Has anyone had successfully ultrasound/testing done on their penis in the SF Bay Area/California? If so, who did you see? Much appreciated.

You need a men's sexual health specialist urologist, who are somewhat rare and usually found in the larger urology practices. Good that you're in a major metro area. I would start with FT's "Physician Finder" at the top of the page or www.healthgrades.com. Expect to do a lot of searching.
Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.

Much Appreciated for your feedback Martin. Great help, and gave me directional confidence.

Check out UCSF Urology Dept at the Parnassus Ave, in San Francisco. They have sexual health specialists there that can diagnose and provide treatment for E D. I had my RP at UCSF and was examined and prescribed Bimix for injections by Dr. Lew. They are top notch. I was referred to UCSF by my local Urologist. They do implants there too.
Retired. R.P. 2016. Bilateral nerve sparing surgery. Now use .15cc of Bimix twice weekly & anorgasmia, moderately incontinent. Wife no longer interested so go solo with Electro-stim using Erostek ET-312. Now am Type 2 diabetic.
