I generally inject between 3-7 alternating sides

brian: 1-9 on your scale, alternating sides. Since I have thin corpora (0.2in=5mm), instead of the clock technique I find the corpus with a thumbnail. (This results in a different clock position for each point, because my limp corpora are not straight; they wander around going down the shaft.)

I don't know if scar tissue could be a problem for long-term injectors (I've injected for six years once a week adding up to 300 injections, with no obvious scar tissue), but I inject a different place each time and use the thinnest needle available, 31 gauge.

How did you determine this? Through some type of imaging?

It is surprising if they feel only 5mm thick when squeezed from the outside, since the tunica alone is like 1-2 mm thick and there would be barely any room for erectile tissue. I’m just trying to understand how to interpret the statement.

I’ve been injecting for 10 years. I was taught to inject at 2-3, alternating sides. I would estimate a greater than 95% success rate.

My brothers been using for over 20 and some people can use for 30 years but after that long usually go to a implant because of pains or it just gets old sticking a needle in your junk.

TwoStep: I estimated my flaccid corpora diameters by simply holding different drill bits next to my shaft. They both seem to match a 13/64 bit. Nothing scientific!
