I’ll be 40 in February and hate the thought of several revisions if the Lord allows so I am riding Trimix as long as I can. I see you went to Clavell, who after reading the forum for some time, would be my first choice. Does he offer both brands of implants and why did you choose the Titan?

Tricky? In what regard? I asked Dr Loria about Trimix and the filler and he said no issue whatsoever.

I don’t think Urofill or Phallofill either one are permanent. I’m not sure what Dr Loria’s compound is but he guarantees it to be permanent with the caveat that our bodies loss collagen naturally as we age which will cause a small loss of filler over time.

I’ve been to Kiawah several times over the years and played the Ocean Course once or twice each time. It’s definitely a beast of a golf course and a sight to behold. You catch it on the wrong day and that scratch golfer is shooting 90!

Check out Loria Medical and you will see the fees. I’d say $10-12k for two shaft and glands.

For about 15000 dollars you can get 2 shaft and 2 glans… not bad if thre result is good and more or less permanent

It's permanent, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's permanently a good result. The filler could migrate, clump up in big blobs under your skin, etc and if that happens, it still can't easily be removed. Just something to consider when weighing temporary vs permanent fillers
