Bicycle and implants

Alright, I’m a cat 1/2 bike racer and thinking of going bionic. Ie. avid cyclist. I ride 15-20 hours a week on a bike. Will the implant break from riding? I heard the pump may be an issue, but what I don’t want is a mechanical failure.

Anyone with any experience?

Dudtostud, I’m not a cat 1 or 2, but I do ride a lot, 100 to 200 miles a week.
I got my implant 2 years ago and I haven’t had any problems with the pump bothering me or even the tubes.
I thought that I would need a different type of saddle but my saddle works fine after I healed up.
It was awkward when I got back on my bike at 4 weeks, I still had a small amount of pain, numbness and tightness, but that went away around the 6 week point.
I have two bikes, 2015 S-Works Tarmac SL5 and a 2023 Tarmac SL7 Expert. I have a ISM PL 1.1 40 on the 2023, I had them put the specialized power saddle 143cm seat off the new one and onto my old bike, but they are both comfortable.
Fingers crossed, I haven’t had any problems or failures with my implant riding my bike.

I am aware of a top surgeon implanted a pro cyclist but I don't know who is. Maybe Boonen but I don't really know, he may just have a big/noticeable penis.
From my researches there are some surgeons that suggest to avoid cycling for the wear and tears on pumps and/or tubing. Some Coloplast representative told me that premature fialures are more frequent in long distance riders. Other surgeons says that there no issues, maybe using a more suitable saddle. As I said I cycle a lot 250+ miles per week and I had a titan tubing failure after less than 3 years. I'm now waiting for a revision. This makes me worry but it's possible that the failure has nothing to do with cycling and it's just bad luck.

Ya man. Bad luck hopefully! Should get that fixed asap though! Also I have yet to see any local dudes with semis while riding or after. Long rides just destroy tissue down there and blood loss is real unfortunately. I’m pretty sure only the young dudes, are showing if anyone. One of the reasons I avoided cycling while younger was the show through spandex.

Regarding failures is there warranties on these? Ie. are you out of pocket for early failure?

Dudtostud, I haven’t really noticed showing through my cycle bibs, but I only wear black bibs or if I do wear a kit that has colors, the ones that I have, have black in that area.
I have an average size Dick, 6.25 inches bone pressed with 5.2 inches girth. If I don’t squeeze all the saline out of the implant when I deflate, it can show, especially with sweat pants. Lol My wife doesn’t like for me to show, but she doesn’t talk about it showing much after two years since implant surgery. I also wear Jockey Sports bikini under my bibs to hold all the boys in place. It’s more comfortable than a jock strap.
