I’ve been married to the same woman for 38 years. After implant I was pretty much flat oval for the first few months. The wife said she could definitely tell the difference when giving manual stroking and was very different with oral. But, she said she couldn’t feel a big difference in shape while inside her. I have the Titan XL and after several sessions, she says it feels the same as it did years ago pre ed. Definitely different than my ed erection which was too flexible flimsy and short lived.
