Hey all,
I'm on my fourth day of recovery, balls are still blue and swollen like a grapefruit. My surgery was penoscrotal.
My right and left testicles feel symmetrically floating in the middle of the sack. But my pump feels like it is aggressively pushing down on the left bottom side of my sack. Is this normal?? Its feels sensitive to touch almost like a zit. Please see attached photo.

At 4 days post it's pretty soon to tell how things will be when you're healed. Don't fret the minor stuff.

Yep, still a ways to go on the healing, lots of things will still change. Think about it, there's a plastic hose and pump in your sac that wasn't there 5 days ago. The boys are getting used to the new neighbor.
2/22/23 AMS 700 CX 21cm + 1.5cm RTEs. 58 yrs old, wife of 37 yrs. Penoscrotal. 100ml Conceal reservoir. Dr. Clavell. Pills failing and went right to implant, skipped the injections. 12 mos. later: 7 1/2" x 5 3/4"

My does the same thing.... still bothered me 5 mos out as it felt like a pinch of the scrotum when sitting down...
Revision Monday and he agreed to place posterior to the nuts as with the tubing

Thanks brother.. i will say the pump poking issue has gotten better as the tubes loosened and the scar tissue in the sack reduced.
The bulge gets in the way of oral/deep throating.. she says it's like fitting the boys in her mouth too... haha.. at least we get a kick out of it. Limits cowgirl too... so making do with tried and true missionary. Haha at least she still squirts, but its been a very long 6 weeks waiting for this revision... can't wait
