** LONG OVERDUE UPDATE **

Sadly, the vast majority of men who find this forum when searching for a solution and/or help for their problem, disappear after they have surgery (typically the successful surgeries). These men tend to be very active on the forum asking for doctor recommendations, which type of implant to use, etc.. When a man has a *successful* surgery it seems more common than not they will stick around and post updates for a short time. THEN, once they start their new sexual journey with their implant (again I’m referring mainly to guys who are happy with their results) these guys typically disappear and discontinue posting and giving feedback, updates, or advice to men who are in the same shoes currently that these new bionic men used to walk in.

Again, sadly, I feel like I have become one of those men and I feel I OWE IT to the Frank Talk community to give a new update.

I am roughly 4.5 months post op. I have to tell you guys that I could NOT BE ANY HAPPIER. My sex life, my confidence, my sense of well being, EVERYTHING has changed for the better in a huge way.

There are SO MANY things i could type in this update but it would take me forever and I feel scatter brained. So please please please ask questions you have about my new bionic sex life and I will be glad to answer them.

I get hard whenever I want, and when I say hard, I mean hard as a fucking wooden table.

I fuck as long as I want to. When I cum, I stay hard as a rock and I fuck until she is thoroughly satisfied.

One of the best parts about this whole thing is that I don’t have to worry about getting hard, but even better than that, I don’t have to worry about LOSING my erection. It is so easy to inflate and deflate whenever I want. There is absolutely no issue there.

My question is… Titan or AMX. You have the AMX? And you say hard as a rock? Love that description. And from what I understand when flaccid the AMX is smaller and more comfortable. But I also read that its more difficult to pump up, but easier to deflate. Honestly, I will get whatever the Dr. Recommends…. But if given a choice I may go for the AMX only because I have always been a grower, not a shower…

Also, how many days after your surgery were you able to get around, or even do desk work…. ?

Read your journey. As I’ve stated before had went from Paul Knoll to Mathew Pollard because I was leaning towards a Titan that Knoll won’t do. Just had concerns with not keeping my 6” girth with a CX. I did like that the AMS looks/feels more natural when flaccid.

You have not listed your current sizes now that your a few months out. I think your last pictures and measurements were in July. In those pictures your flaccid looks large. Is it larger than your pre-implant size?

Could you give us a update on where you are on size now flaccid and erect?

Any recent pictures that show any increased size you want to share?

I have the AMS 700 LGX, and I'm very satisfied with the performance. As hard as I ever was, and for as long as I like.
Just as important, it is somewhat realistic when deflated.
Yes, it definitely shows, but not like I have a half-boner all the time. If I want a bit more bulge, that's easily achieved with a couple pumps.

Profirefight, glad you are doing great and enjoying your new Bionic dick! Did you split up from your wife, and now back out on the dating scene?
Do you still have pain in your glans at four months when fully inflated for more that an hour? I couldn't go past 45 minutes to one hour at 4 months without a lot of discomfort and pain.
Now at two years out, I can pump up ahead of time so there is no delay in foreplay and stay pumped up for at least 1.5 to 2 hours with no discomfort.
I still pump up to the max every day for 20 minutes in the shower and shaving, even if I'm not using it for sex to keep it stretched.
