Initially I would say ~30% then after a few mos. it was/is 10%. I had some 'turkey neck' removed so that might be why

I would say I definitely lost sensation. Over 4 months pre op and it’s starting to improve as I’ve added taking daily cialis and ved use.

Most do. Mine had a 'cold' numb feeling to it which took at least a year to gradually go away. Everyone heals differently so it could be quicker for you.

I guess I'm one of the fortunate ones who didn't lose any sensitivity, once the post-surgery pain subsided. In fact, my bionic penis feels m[re sensitive now than I remember my natural member being. The fact that I no longer have to think about maintaining an election allows me to fully concentrate on the sensation.
57yr old. In shape. Controlled hypertension. 20+ years of PDE5. TRT 4yrs. Trimix 2yrs. Titan 24cc implanted 8/25/20

Re: do you lose sensation with implant? (did you lose sensitivity)?
Yes. Penoscrotal here. 11 months postop now.
Fortunately i never lost sensitivity in the glans. Most of my numbness was on the scrotum and lower 1/3 of shaft. Couldn’t feel a thing in those areas with the gentle stroke of a finger or tongue.
First sex at 10 weeks. The numbness described above was noticeable and distracting. Could only orgasm about 50% of the time those first days. Those earliest days i experienced soreness in the glans while at full stretch and after about :20-:30 of screwing. Despite the glans soreness and numbness, was just happy to be hard and humping at all. I wasn’t discouraged. I knew i was healing still.
At 4 months, the sensitivity had returned in those areas by about 50%. Still numb but could tell obvious improvement. Could cum maybe 75% of the time. Enjoyed those times and continued to believe sensitivity would improve. It did.
8 months, about 75% of original sensitivity.
Now. 11 months. All good. I can feel my girl’s tongue tickling my scrotum and shaft once again.
No…great!
