Hey brothers, thanks for your advice.

Everything has been well so far. The glans pain has decreased and is almost pretty much gone.

I’m just gonna inflate for sex or masturbation now.

I cycled 1-2 hours a day for the first 18 months. No specific routine sometimes I would do a morning session and a night session.

I would recommend 30 mins morning 30 mins night for the first year.

After that, just let it be. Enjoy the implant and enjoy life.

Anxiety can play terrible games sith your mind. I remember Eid telling me to ensure I fully deflate. Never said anything about over pumping. He did say that erosion happens over YEARS. Don’t jump to that conclusion and get a video call with Clavell, Eid, or Hakky.

In terms of Australia, which Urologist in Australia did you prefer?

I am experiencing the very same issue at month 6. Causes: aggressive cycling for two weeks (some days up to 3 hours) plus a bad habit to stay partially inflated when I sleep. It's been a few days and I now can't cycling without feeling pain in my gland after a few minutes. I hope to experience the same improvement as you. No more cycling for me (I am happy with my current size) for the next few weeks and I now fully deflate my implant. I try not to freak out too much but I am the anxious type: wait and see

About partial inflations : I read several post on FT claiming that this practice is harmless. I think we should fight this misconception. Papers are univocal about it and so is Perito

It seems to be especially true for patients with Peyronie's disease (uneven elasticity of the tunica?)

AverageBloke wrote:Hey brothers,

I have been cycling everyday for the past 18 months, sometimes twice a day. I have also been leaving my implant with a few pumps (4-5) in it some days.

For the past week I have been having some glans pain from the tips when I cycle to max. I have also been feeling my tips a lot more whilst I’m flaccid as it feels like a chafing feeling in my underwear.

I have now stopped cycling as per my doctors instructions and stay fully deflated throughout the day. My doctor said I should only inflate for sex or masturbation now.

Do you guys think I have caused any glans erosion by doing aggressive cycling the past 18 months? I hope not and I have only made myself sore. I don’t want to have eroded any glans tissue this early in my life.

I have no visible signs of erosion and the glans tissue around the tips feels perfectly normal. However, my left tip feels sore and so does the cylinder.

What are your thoughts?

Maybe from keeping it partially inflated for a few days have caused it?
I remember Dr Perito saying keep it fully deflated when not using otherwise it starts to cause problems
40 YO. Been on pills since late 20s. Pills now starting to not work. Might be vein leak. Dont want injections. Hoping to get checked out next month for implant.
