Doppler ultrasound confirmed VL - next steps?

Hola mis velocidades fueron 30 y 40 y diastolicas 4.4 y 3.7. Eso significa fuga venosa? Después me puse duro que no podían bajarme la ereccion.

Hola podríamos hablar yo me hice una ecografia con inyeccion y me dio priapismo. Tu crees que tenga fuga venosa mis velocidades fueron 4.4 y 3.7ba los 5min. Después 0.
No puedo mantener ereccion con pastillas
