Questions for upcoming surgery

Postby Nycflugel » Fri Nov 17, 2023 9:49 am

Hi

When you had your surgery done .

Did you have a catheter? How long till you took it out?

How long did you cycle?

How long till you were able to cum ?

When a girl gives head does she feel the implant?

How long can you keep it up without hurting?

I am sure I will have more questions as we go along.

Thanks

Did you have a catheter? How long till you took it out?
Yes, before they woke me up. Urination stung for 3 days after, other than that I wouldnt have known I had on in.

How long did you cycle?
Im in week 9, I have been and plan on cycling for one year, twice a day for 30 mins

How long till you were able to cum ?

Dr’s orders not before 4 weeks. Worked at 4 weeks no issues

When a girl gives head does she feel the implant?

My wife says she wouldnt know I have an implant if she didnt know I have an implant that said, while sex is quite enjoyable at 9 weeks with only some minor discomfort at base of my penis, my glans and left side of the shaft are quite sensitive. While it is starting to feel normal, oral is too much and uncomfortable. Its like sensory overload. I believe this sensitivity is diminishing tho

How long can you keep it up without hurting?
About 45 mins cycling. Sexually Ive gone 45 mins with no pain or discomfort

The catheter came out the morning after surgery. Same with the drain bag.
I never cycled on a regular basis.
Able to cum the first time at 5 1/2 weeks.
The implant feels as normal as the real thing. If she grabs your sack feeling the pump may be a clue.
About 30-45 minutes is good. Longer and it just gets boring having an erection if you've already cum. Although a younger guy might have a shorter time frame between orgasms. Some guys claim to keep it up for hours.

No the Dr I used didn’t use one. He was trained by Dr perito and did the surgery just like perito.

How long did you cycle?
Once cleared at 3 weeks I cycled twice a day for 30 min ea time and added Perito exercises by the 3rd month. Continue this for a year and now only 2-3 times a week as needed or if I just want to feel it.

How long till you were able to cum ?
I actually came at about 10 days while ever so gently masterbating in the shower. At first sex it was uncomfortable and it was difficult to finish. Went thru different phases of easy to and at other times hard to. But I feel like a lot of this was psychological for me.

When a girl gives head does she feel the implant?
At first my wife of 26 years at the time said she could feel the difference as I wasn’t getting much engorgement but within a few months that came back in full force and she says she can’t tell the difference. Only if she rubs my scrotum can she even notice.

How long can you keep it up without hurting?
At first sex maybe 15-20 minutes. By 3 months at least 30 minutes by 6 months at least 40 minutes of it lasted that long and after 8-10 months as long as I wanted. A few times I fell asleep after sex and woke up over an hour later and let it down.
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!

Did you have a catheter? How long till you took it out? Yes, my surgery was on a Friday so they didn't remove it till Monday.

How long did you cycle? My doc wanted me to cycle 20 minutes twice a day when I would take a shower. So I would take a shower fully inflated and keep it inflated after the shower and shave. I also did extra cycling in a warm bath 3 to 4 times a week, to see how long I could go without a lot of discomfort. I would pump to 70 or 80 percent, and bend in every direction for 5 minutes and then pump as much as I could and try to see how long I could go without having to deflate from pain. This kept getting better every week.
I still cycle in the shower every day besides using it on my wifey ;)

How long till you were able to cum ? The first time having sex for me was around the 8 week point and it was painful and award because it was all new, and I didn't cum but I did the next time we had sex which was about a week later.

When a girl gives head does she feel the implant? My wife doesn't give head, but I wish she would. She did give me head once back in 2013, when I still had a functioning natural dick. She never has told me that it feels different with PIV sex and I give her toe curling orgasms.

How long can you keep it up without hurting? Everyone is different, but for me at two years out, I can go about 2 hours before it gets uncomfortable; that's why I still cycle to keep it exercised and stretched.

I am sure I will have more questions as we go along.

Thanks

31 Dec 2019. It’s been almost 4 years.

Catheterized after they put me under. Removed in recovery room. Urinating stung like a bitch for 3 days. On my first follow up visit I asked “who was the ham-handed no account son of a bitch who installed my catheter?” The surgeon said “I did it”. Oops.

I was told to cycle at 3 days but between soreness and hard pump bulb I didn’t do much the first few times. The pump bulb was like squeezing a rock! Still, I could tell I was moving fluid. I’d pump up 3 or 4 times a day for first six months, and now I still do it whenever I want a boner, 2 or 3 times a day.

I ejaculated 4 days after surgery. I had to. I didn’t manipulate myself or jerk off, I have a huge shower. I was sore. So I turned on a nice warm shower and laid down with the shower jets focused on my crotch. Blew a 5 day load within a couple of minutes. Partially inflated.

Unless someone started digging around in my nutsack like they were trying to check me for a hernia, nobody can tell I have an implant. I’m not sure my wife even knows it’s an implant (long story).

I never have any pain from the implant. If I were to keep it erect >3 hours tha glans might be a bit sore.
