From my surgery notes-
Dilation was uneventful to 09 cm proximally and 13 cm distally. The measurements were taken and it was determined that an 22-cm Titan device with 0 cm of rear-tip extension would be appropriate.

Rodsmen, my copy of that document has slightly different graphics but the text is pretty much the same.

What you didn't show that is in my version is the text says to use method A with the CX & method B with the LGX . Thus subtracting the 2cm is for the LGX only. I had to reread it several times to make sure that is what it truely means. There is two measurement formulas.

Atul21,

Thanks for your response. While it has been pointed out that this is totally unscientific, I think it would be great if guys were more complete when reporting their info, including their proximal and distal measurements as determined during surgery. How does their distal measurement compare with your own stretched press measurement? That's another data point that would be interesting if guys would list it. Are you happy with the result?

My distal measurement is less than my penis stretch test. That is hard to explain but there is a decent anatomy possibility that explains it.

The entrance into the penis from which the two lengths are measured is a bit variable. So how can you arrive at any realistic reference based on an arbitrary surgery entrance. This thought isn't viable. Even if it seems to make sense, in the real world it doesn't work.

My distal measurement was 13 cm (done by Dr. Eid with penile doppler) and that is what was calculated during surgery as well (surgery done by Dr. Cordon). Having said that I have been slightly oversized as per my surgeon.

Few points-
1) the size of penis will increase post surgery with cycling and a measurement right after surgery wouldn’t make much sense. I feel best way to measure is not stretch test but a penile doppler (if it works)
2) I am now slightly over 13 cm in size which is bigger than what I had before surgery.
3) I am very happy with what my results so far.

I just had my surgery today so can definitely answer this. In pre op I was measured again my my surgeon at 18 cm (exclusive of the glans. With Glans around 21 cm). He told me in my post op video I was the exact same length prior to surgery and was sized with a Titan touch 26 XXL. From the video he took before wrapping me up, my girth looked bigger already and the narrowing had filled out. Once bandages comes off I’ll have a better look.

However I am fully expecting to be bigger than I was pre op, and at a minimum, the exact same with the narrowing filled out. What I always read though is that the Titan creates more girth, especially in the XXL versions. Fingers crossed!

You have a pretty good amount of size, was there a reason you chose AMS over Titan. My surgeon legit told me AMS wasn’t even an option due to my size unless I wanted a bunch of RTE’s- which I didn’t

Oldbeek,

Thank you for your feedback regarding Dr. Jesse Mills. I believe there is reason to have confidence in him, but I am very surprised that there is virtually nothing about him on this or any other forum I have found.

The Boston Scientific Physician Instructions document is for all AMS 700 variations. There is no differentiation in sizing for what seems to be their recommended practice, although the other sizing method does not reduce the length of the main cylinders for any variation.
. Dr Mills has been mentioned here on FT. The best in LA is Dr Boyd and his under study Dr Lo Doyle. Dr Boyd is somewhat retired but still works because he enjoys helping guys like us. I was supposed to be his last implant before he retired 5 years ago. Dr Mills is known in LA as being very good and high volume. Heal well!

Dr. Mills only uses the AMS 700, so I didn't have a choice unless I used another doctor, and Dr. Mills seemed the best from my research.

My surgery was 3 days ago. My recovery is going very well, with very little swelling, some bruising, and little enough pain that I only took one narco the morning of the first day. Dr. Jesse Mills used a 24 cm + 1 cm RTE AMS 700 CX. He measured 16 and 9 cm with the Furlow dilator during surgery. Before surgery, without pumping I was between 6-1/2" and 6-7/8" x 7". I know it is far too early to be taking measurements, but of course I have, and I am seeing about 6-1/2" x 7". I am confident that with cycling and doing "THE Exercise" that I will get it all back, but rock-hard, which is the advantage of the 700 CX and the reason he did not use the LGX. Dr. Mills and the surgical notes say that it was straight when inflated.

Hey rod-

Didn’t know you just had surgery, congrats! When I first unwrapped my dick day 3 I had a hard left turn lol. I almost panicked. Actually even while wrapped I could tell it was going left a little. Once I max inflate now on day 5 it’s straight. However, definitely looking forward to the Titan working its magic to smooth things out over the next few months of cycling. My dick was bent, hourglassed and narrowed due to Peyronies. Immediately already can see a 70%+ improvement in that after surgery. The other 30% I’m confident will be worked out with cycling.

After having a congenital left curve my whole life this will be the best my dick has ever looked being hard and straight anytime.
