Hello… Will give you some answers… But, keep in mind some of the answers differ because you are so young and it also depends on how long you’ve been with the same person and things like that… everyone is different.
1)7… sex feels good when you get in the act… Inflating your implant is not the same feeling as blood rushing to get your dick hard..

2) I’m not giving a numeric value to this… Life is as good as you make it. If you can’t have sex because of ED…. but you can have sex with your implant then if other aspects of your life are great as well… then life is great

3) 7… yes, I would say super horny especially with your age and if it’s been a while since you’ve had sex, and if you really want sex with that person… Horniness is a frame of mind…

4)0… I don’t dry grind..never have, but I think you will want lube with a implant…

5)…. I think foreplay should be the same. It depends on how you always have been.. if you liked foreplay yes… if you like to get going, then you’ll get going…

I’ve been implanted for 48 hours so too soon for me to answer most of these, but just wanted to say there’s a lot to consider at your age. I’m 37, which is young, but you’re even younger. If you can use your dick, meaning you don’t have a severe curve and no hinging/ stability issues, I’d try all natural methods first. In my situation, I had no other option. Having narrowing and hinging on a 8+ inch dick doesn’t work. Nonetheless, I tried the VED, restorex and tadalfil daily for a year to see if my hourglass would improve. While I think I this helped me keep my length mostly, the hinge didn’t get better and actually got slightly worse. So, I had no other choice. But implant was an easy choice since before this my dick looked and functioned terrible. All of that to say, exhaust all other options first. If those don’t work and you can’t have sex (like me), then it should be a no brainer to get an implant regardless of age.

4. Does dry grinding feel good with implant? For me, not as good, and I assume not for her either. We were never big dry grinders, so this is a tough question.
