I met with Dr. Clavell for my 6 week post op appointment today. We had a great conversation and I asked him many questions. He took the time and answered each one.
My main concerns since surgery have been my size and the flaccid appearance. After speaking with Dr C. He really went above and beyond what most surgeons to preserve length. He stated that I was measured at 21 cm titan and you are either a 20 or a 22 size implant so he cut the implant at 21 cm and added 1 RTE to preserve maximum length for me.
I knew before surgery I was anywhere from 5.5-6 and he said they measured 5.5 and he guaranteed it will be that or more. I’ve been cycling and am almost 5.25 right now so not far off.
Dr. C admitted most surgeons would have just left you with a 20 cm implant. He knew I was recently divorced and I truly believe his is compassionate towards his clients.
I haven’t posted in awhile because I really wanted to give a good honest assessment at 6 weeks and be consistent. I will be completely honest I’ve had the wtf moments on what have I done ?
But I can honestly say 6 weeks later this was the best move for me. I’ve been green lighted for sex, getting close to my size back, and have full confidence in being able to deliver when the time comes.
I’m not crazy about how my flaccid look is at this moment , but I feel this will get better with time.
I plan on starting to online date and be pretty proactive in the next few weeks. My next post I hope to be posting a story about putting my new toy to use. Till next time my bionic brothers …

Haha yea, I know mine too. Feels crazy looking down and seeing my dick compared to my turtle heading before.
I remember last year going to college football games with the open urinals feeling pretty small. This year should be fun.

Well, most the veterans will say just enjoy being a shower now. And look, if I was older with no little kids or family around a good bit I wouldn’t care so much. It’s been awhile since I did a full update. This is the most meaningful and complete update I can do. I haven’t been able say for certainty to this point whether I made the right decision. After last night I 100% made the right decision. I want to thank all the brothers on here that shared their experience to help me make this decision.
Pre ED many years of failed encounters, losing erection changing positions, shame, humility, and self consciousness . This implant has now changed my life for the better.

It’s so good to hear such confidence and positivity! I was 57 when I got mine, but same as you I had been affected emotionally and physically… tormented is a better word! It’s been said on FT many times over the years to give it at least 3 months before making a judgement on your new implant. I was crazy happy about mine by the 3rd week when I pumped it up the first time and felt a rock hard dick without sticking a needle in it or using a VED! And it lasted longer than I could take!! Which was just a few minutes til the pain kicked in from the stretch!! Lol!! By 3 months I was totally satisfied. If you’re feeling good about it now just wait……. It definitely gets better as time goes. I would say I didn’t reach my full potential til around 8-9 months, that’s about when I reached my original size and a little xtra on girth. Pretty much totally comfortable at 6 months to go as long as the missus could take it, she usually taps out about 45 minutes to an hour! Previously it was always me that would give up as soon as the pills, injection and erection started going away, or start aching. Congratulations on the new you! So true Rider! And thank you. When you fail to perform it really does something to you emotionally. And the thing about judging the implant is very spot on, because after 3 months I was still in a little bit did I make a mistake here mindset.
