Thanks everyone. We hear this all the time, but so grateful for this forum and all of you on it. I decided to keep cycling to a minimum today to get a quick stretch but also not stay inflated too long. That should let things calm down, my shaft so sore/sensitive today it hurts for it to have it touch anything. Also got some Tylenol on hand so taking that before bed to get a real nights rest. Hopefully pain drops tomorrow and I can step up cycling time again.
Fit/active/37/ Lifetime congenital left curve, which later progressed to Peyronies (2022) and severe hourglass/narrowing. Implanted by Dr Hakky 11/28/23 with Titan Touch 26 cm XXL. Reservoir 130 cc saline. Pre surgery measurement: 8.25 Length 5ish Girth.

Sounds like a hack job to me.. most inflations take weeks not a couple of days
