As others said. Once someone messes around with your balls it’s obvious something is definitely different. I agree with HIllywilly, I would not characterize my erection as oval, anymore than my natural penis was oval. My natural penis was not a perfect circle and neither is this. TBH, I would personally be more concerned if my implanted penis was a perfect man-made circle, as that would not reflect what I was naturally.

I am only ten days post-surgery, so I cannot really answer your question, except to wonder about your premise. I get blowjobs many times a week (at parties and at bars) and I would rate it poorly if he didn't play with my balls--at least a little. My pump seems huge and heavy and sits below my balls.
