Grower vs Shower

I'm new to this forum and have seen the phrase "Im a grower not a shower". Could someone please shed some light on what that means exactly? I have an idea but not quite sure. Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question. Just trying to get educated as I contemplate getting implanted.

Before my implant, my dick was three or four inches flaccid and grew to just over six inches when erect.

Now, my dick is over five inches when flaccid and still only grows to a little over six when erect.

So, now my dick shows more when flaccid than before my implant.

Picture two dicks that are 6" when erect.

One shrinks to one inch in normal times. That's a "grower", from 1" to 6".

The other only shrinks to 5", even in a freezing pool. And only grows from 5" to 6". That's a "shower", always showing even when flaccid.

Everyone is "shower" after an implant.
Implanted June, 2022 by Dr. Karpman. 22cm Titan with 1.5cm RTE.
