The tubing of implant AMS700 pop out skin in front of scrotum

With my first Titan implant I could feel the tubes in the front of my scrotum and I could also feel the tube going to the reservoir.

With my Titan revision I can't feel any tubes at all and the pump is flush center and behind by balls just a great placement. I believe this is due to the doctor being able to cut the tubes to size when using the 24cm, on the hand the other sizes have the tubes are precut and connected so theres not much customization available. Thats my theory anyway. Having had both experiences the later is preferred.

I asked my surgeon about repositioning the pump. He was trying to convince me not to do that due to a risk of infection. But after 6 months he repositioned the pump and it is behind the balls now. So I am happy.
