What would rather ? Be known as the guy who can’t get it up or the guy who had a bad skiiing accident and didn’t have proper blood flow to the penis so you corrected a problem. I guess I’d rather go with the latter. Best of luck. Hope this helps.

Your question perfectly captures our dilemma Franklin. Neither is an attractive position to be in. Who wants to be the talk of the town for something like this? It horrifies me to think my social circle could learn about and openly discuss my having an implant. But as you say, it's better than them openly discussing my inability to get hard. Sheesh.

I've been thinking the same thing but at the end of the day who really gives a F; if I end up down the implant route which seems more and more likely I'll just say I had a motorbike accident and nerve damage or something so had to get implant, at least will have a working penis on demand which stays hard as long as I want

Yes, this is spot on. I remember my last failure with a woman ED. It completely turned the relationship upside down because I felt like I had to make up to her by kissing her ass because my dick didn’t work. She was gone a month or 2 later.
It’s very scary being the talk of the town with an implant. But this dick Is way better than my last dick.
If you think about it, if you live in a smaller metropolis like I do and you have a few different failed encounters women will talk and I don’t care how nice or good looking you are women don’t want to be in that awkward spot with you. They would much rather get dicked down good and them left to wonder how your dick is always so hard and maybe think it’s weird you have to pee before sex everytime.
The goal is to make them fall in love with you first, if you want to tell them later then so be it. Just don’t be a jerk to her or she will tell the whole city. And at that point you better start owning it.

Honestly unless the girl is working at an implant office, she’s not going to have a clue what’s up. If she starts asking questions like in Franklins case, and you’re worried about telling her, just stop seeing her and find someone else. I would say the majority of women are probably not going to ask or suspect anything if you’re slick. If you sit there after sex with a fully erect cock for 5 min, obviously you’re asking to be questioned. Play it smart and she will have no idea. I didn’t like my balls played with even before PD, so I’d have no issue stopping a girl who was trying to grab my nuts and just tell her you don’t like it.

Although i was able to get some natural erections, very unreliable and became very frustrating especially with younger wife. Implant helped with confidence in the bedroom.

I see. I also tried shockwaves and it didn't do a thing except for costing me thousands of euros. What was your main issue with injections? The lack of spontaneity? The fact that you can use them only twice a week?

Just didn't feel as spontaneous when trying to be intimate with the wife. Thankfully she has been very supportive through the whole process. Only did them a few times.

100% I stopped seeing this one. The juice wasn’t worth the squeeze in my opinion. I wasn’t interested in a long term relationship so no point and continuing things further. I still had a great time and mission was accomplished .

Yep, and that’s the beauty of living in a world with billions of people. If you think you’ll have to tell but it’s not serious, just dont, and don’t ask her out again. At the worst they will think you popped a pill or something before sex, which wouldn’t be that crazy of a thing at all.

Or if they felt something in your sack on accident, just tell them you had an accident then change the subject. I’m definitely never telling anyone I date unless it’s very serious- for the reasons you mentioned above. Girls talk, and some with malicious intent if things don’t work out. I think I’ll pass on that type of rumor going around about me. Be smart, and this will never be a problem for you. You absolutely are NEVER required to tell anyone anything unless you feel comfortable doing so. You are in control, not her-remember that.

"Or if they felt something in your sack on accident, just tell them you had an accident then change the subject."

...Or tell them it is a testicle that becomes extremely hard and engorged, as well as your penis, when exceptionally aroused and that it is extremely sensitive to the touch so that they don't start palpating it to discover it to be more.

Having some function is maybe even worse than complete impotence because in a sense its a constant tease. If you go to a top surgeon they'll preserve what function you have and you should have the best of both worlds.

Did you lose lenght or girth after implantation? I am assuming no because you didn’t experience atrophy due to full blown ED.

Just seeing this now! No i don't think i lost any length and/or girth if anything i feel thicker. I was never as obsessed about size pre ed so didn't pay too much attention to what specific length/girth i was. That was never the issue anyway, not being able to stay hard was the issue if that makes sense
