21 Years Old , Serious Case of Penis Issues , Need help / advice

I’m tired of the pain and full blown ED , In to much pain to try injections . Do you guys recommend I go see Dr.Ed Karpman for an implant consult ? My insurance covers his services . I just got my first GF and I have this BS , I feel like shit. My dick used to be big , now it’s below average or just average . What implants could help me gain my length and width back , and how many revisions you guys think I will need ?

I can’t suffer like this anymore guys , I think I may have had an untreated minor fracture of my penis . These last 4 years have been hell , I just want to the pain to go away .

Dr. Karpman has a good reputation, and he would be able to answer your questions. Make an appointment with him. ED does cause size loss and there are several documents on VED use for penis exercise in the general discussion section of this forum in documents worth reading thread. I am not a doctor so you may want to consult one before you start. Just to be sure that it will not cause you any additional damage. And be careful as you can cause damage over doing VED use. The AMS LGX expands more in length than the CX or the Titan. I had size loss and I believe that the LGX helped me restore some of what I lost. Get in to se Doctor Karpman as soon as you can. Hey Newbie appreciate the reply , it feels good to have others here for me . For some reason I didn’t seek help for this until 3 years in to it . Because I was embarrassed and thought it would go away on its own . I saw Dr. Lues assistant at UCSF and he was very rude , I told him I’ve been in constant pain for 40 + months now and he couldn’t even order a Doppler .

Currently feeling nauseous , I’m letting the penis issues win . I’ve been bed ridden with the pain for the last couple days . Not gonna masturbate at all anymore .

Game Plan:

My game plan was to see Karp but he’s booked out till the 3rd week of January .

So I’m seeing a Uro that has a very open schedule at Karpmans same clinic . My goal is to get this guy to actually to order me an MRI + high quality Doppler so they know I’m not bluffing .

Then my symptoms will make sense to the Uro , and I’m assuming he’ll refer me to Karpman to get the ED and pain issues figured out once they realized my imaging shows scarring or Peyronies plaques , they’ll probably treat me more seriously .

I guess the advantage is ill be able to f*** any girl I want way longer than any of these other guys in my 20s once I get the implant. There's a bright ending to all of this haha.

Maybe I should take up professional fighting after this as well because my pain tolerance must be through the roof now. Lmaoo Maybe that's what got me in this jacked situation though ironically .

I was roughly around 6.3 ish inches and 4.8 -4.9 girth before all of this started.

So I'm def gonna look in to the implant types and try to see which one is best for me so I can regain some of it. Once I get this implant stuff set up .

VED exercise before implant surgery has been shown to permit the doctor to place a larger device. Minemum is 3 weeks. The document in the general section will show this. You should really do some reading over there. There is size loss before implant, during implant, and after implant. You should read about that also. Put the question to the doctor you see if you can use a VED for penis exercise. If so start right away. 2 months is actually recommended (8 weeks). The greatest results are in the first 3 weeks though. It is all explained in those documents. And again take care not to over do it and follow the protocol in the Penis exercise document.

Scar tissue and plaque can be felt by good doctors. The really good doctors can treat this well. The LGX has the softest cylinders though and is the least effective to straighten and break up scar tissue and plaque. The AMS 700 CX is better at this than the LGX and the Coloplast Titan is the best. This is what you need to ask your doctor. Do as much reading and ask any questions you have between now and your appointment.

There are 3 erectile bodies in your penis. 2 side by side along the top and a third below surrounding the urethra. The IPP cylinders are implanted in the 2 side by side chambers in the top. The third body on the bottom is what engorges the glans or head of the penis. The IPP will not do anything for glans engorgement. Some men will take oral ed meds if they will work for glans engorgement. And some will use a trimix gel placed in the urethra to help with glans engorgement.

Yeah it kind of worry’s me . Can I still have sex with a soft glans / tip that doesn’t get hard ?

I think my injury may have caused this issue . Sometimes if I’m very a turned on I can feel it get slightly firm . But even the cialis doesn’t make it hard .

This is lowest I’ve ever been in my life . Just because my life was kind bad leading up to this , and I started getting all these hot girls and I can barley have sex with them it’s like I can never win at life.

Copilot 77, my advice. Don't let fear of revisions keep you trapped with a non functional dick. You need to wrap your mind around a solution rather than a fear of the solution. Even IF you need several revisions in your lifetime. It doesn't really matter. Your dick works. You'll learn as you age that medical stuff changes & needs updating. Dental filling need to be redone, daily medicines needs change. An implant revision is like the rest of medical stuff.

Btw, getting an implant is a journey filled with many steps. Select an IMPLANT dr & stick with the one you select. Just selecting a dr that you're comfortable with is a journey itself.

Sounds like you might have peyronies. Don't go to just any urologist. You need one that works in mens health. Select a dr & do not jump back & forth looking for one that does what you think is right. Any decent implant dr is going to follow industry accepted steps to diagnose your medical condition. Find a good dr & trust his steps. He is the professional.

Exactly bro, I'm gonna keep this on mind, what I've came to the conclusion to after 4 years of suffering with pain and ED. I may have had a minor fracture that has led to scarring.

I manned my way through this suffering for 3 years until reaching out. All these men in their early 30s and 40s on here talk about they wish they would've done it sooner.

Might as well try everything else I can, and do my research to prepare plan and optimize.

Search wikipedia for penis. It has a pretty good illustration of the internal parts of the penis. Maybe some links to peyronies pages & other penile issues. You need to learn more about the parts of your dick BRO.

If you're serious about fixing your dick you really need info to help your search for a suitable dr BRO. Frantic posts to a laymans forum isn't going to help you very much without some biology lessons.

Maybe try rereading your posts to see if you've asked the revelent questions or are just frantically posting.
