Been reading many posts in here for over a week now (through about 50 pages of 400). And I have come to an assumption that I would like for you to verify.

1st, Ive learned through FT that I am most definitely a GROWER. As I am about 2.5-3 inches flacid and 5-5.5 inches erect. (I know....not a lot to brag about but it is what it is!)

I plan to use Dr. Clavell to do my implant when the time comes. I've watched pretty much all his videos. One particular thing that I like about his method is him making the penis erect prior to inserting the tubes. (Is that standard? Haven't read where every surgeon does this).

So here is my question.....can I assume that after implanting that I would have a flacid and erect penis basically the same size? Or pretty close to it? Not really exactly sure how one loses size. But after reading FT I started VED today for 10 minutes. Plan to do it and build up.

If by chance I wind up with a flacid penis that is 4 - inches I will be ECSTATIC. Im that dude who is just as much concerned about the 90 percent of the time how my penis will be (flacid) as mch as how it functions erect. My ULTIMATE FANTASY is to visit a nude beach and not be ashamed. Wouldn't dare try that today with my "lil thing"!

So what can I expect after Dr. Clavell makes me a BIONIC MAN, as it pertains to flacid and erect length and girth?

I was pre op for implant 1.5 inches due to 3 years ED Prostrate removal. I didn't measure after surgery because I was too busy being frustrated while in pain. Took 3 more visits to Perito where he told me to relax and to not worry about it. I'm one year in Coloplast Titan and with cyclingI a and am at 6 L and almost 6 Girth.It has absolutely grown from earlier on after implant and I am still seeing growth especially with Girth. I feel great! I Vac pump as well. GL to ya.

I agree with what Big Craig basically told you but I suspect my less-Herculean dimensions will give you a better idea of what to expect.

Disclaimer: I’m not a doctor. I’m a guy about to celebrate 4 years of being bionic. Opinions are my own.

I was a grower all my life. I really didn’t know there were guys who didn’t. I assumed everyone basically doubled in size when erect. For years, I measure about 3 1/4-3 1/2 inches soft, 6 7/8” erect.

I’ve got an LGX. 18 cm plus 5 cm RTE for 23 cm of implant. That has left me with a 5.5” flaccid, and exactly 17.3 cm erect. That’s 6.81”, so I lost .06”. To me that’s a rounding error not a size loss.

Regardless of what brand they install (AMS or Titan) you can expect 3 things:

You should expect your erect size to be very close to what you were beforehand, but don’t expect enlargement.

It’s going to take 3-6 months of cycling or more to get back to that original size.

Your flaccid is going to be about an inch or so less than your erect size.

Make if that what you will. I’m pretty happy with how it all worked out.

I am about 1 inch different now, i also used to be a grower, now a definite shower.

I am encouraged that you gain about an inch when inflated. I'm only 17 days into it and have not yet inflated. I thought that I wouldn't gain any length, just girth, when inflating, which would mean I need to do a lot of cycling and doing "THE exercise." (I will do both, no matter what.) What brand/model implant do you have, Craigohbig?

I don't know any specifics of what your size might be, but I can promise you one thing - congrats, you're one implant away from reaching your ultimate fantasy. I don't know anything about nude beaches but can still tell you that, because you've got a bionic dick and others don't.

To answer your questions tho, I'd say you'd be more of a shower...with Titan. I had an LGX at first and at flaccid I was about 3.5" to 5.25" fully pumped before failure. It took about 4 months of cycling.

I have my titan for about 5 weeks now and flaccid I'm 4" to erect 4.5" and just started cycling this week. LGX does make flaccid more "normal".

In regards to feeling confident at nude resorts, it's all great! Gf and I went to nude and lifestyles resorts when I had the lgx. It was a good feeling not to have that shrinkage from the pool. Even better was to fuck my girl in front of others for over an hour, making her cum and squirt,etc without stopping. I love the OMG how is he going for that long look. Hahaha
