The 7/2020 Titan silicone upgrade, which can be seen in the list, was a huge deal. I remember Dr. Perito talking about it when I got my implant. There have been very few reports on this board of early failures of Titans implanted after that date, especially the Genesis/classic pump model. But quite a few early failures between 2017-2020, which, according to Dr. Perito, prompted Coloplast to upgrade the silicone used for the tubing.

I just spoke to my dr a couple weeks ago about a revision and he told me they finally got the approval and that they will be starting receive them at USC in Southern California beginning of January. I am going to have a revision on the 23rd of January were they place the new released pump along with the longer cylinders I had before my infection and take off some of the fat pad area. I will let everyone know how the new pump works out
