Year and a Half Update - Hard Flaccid Implantee

Hello everyone! i feel like it is about time i give an update about my new life. things have settled down enough that i can give an objective perspective for anybody who has done the procedure, as well as sharing my experiences with everybody who already has done it.

my recovery has been mostly smooth since my last update. i now have 0 pain when inflating to full, sometimes it takes a while to deflate but that's most likely because of my tense pelvic floor. the pain I feel is mostly on the left side of my penis due to my ischiocavernosus injury. particurly when i pump beyond 90%, it feels like my pelvic floor is fighting against my implant. a few shots of booze would help to alleviate it. its something i have grown to accept and expect when i am pumping. the pain is magnified when I orgasm, it feels like the left tip is poking into my glans.

My glans have gradually shrunk over the past year, i would say give or take 20%, something i have accepted and does not make a difference to me. it has been mentioned that it is something that will happen so I was not surprised, still does the job very well.

inflating with a girl present is not difficult at all, it only takes 5-7 pumps to get in standing and flatten out my dog ears, so it really is virtually undetectable. 4 girls have given me head without any of them noticing my implant. the only times they would suspect something is if i stay inside for too long afterwards. the rest of the pumps can be done once inside or while eating them out. Quite easy! the sound the pump makes can vary between encounters, sometimes it can be nearly silent, other times it is IMPOSSIBLE to ignore. my strategy is to play afro beats and moan loudly to mask the sound, it mostly manifests between 20-60% inflation, once i get past that till go back to silent.

Unfortunately, my orgasm situation has only gotten worse, something i did notice though; is that my 2nd orgasm is much more powerful than my first. so my sexual and masturbatory habits now need to include 2 orgasms so that I may be satisfied. this is very concerning because our implants degrade and break faster the more often it is used. Ideally i want to be the one orgasm lord i was before, one orgasm could hold me off for a few days. but I can go up to 3-4 in a day. now, ill need 2 to be satisfied, and even then i might be a little bitter or annoyed i didn't get my euphoric burst of pleasure (which my partners have noticed more than my implant). 3rd orgasms are pretty much impossible unless I refrained for about a week.

it is still NOWHERE near my old ones (i used to cum than immediately be able to take a nap due to its strength, now i immediately get up to start deflating with a stoic face, sometimes I force myself to have an O face so my partners don't see my dissatisfaction) anybody here have a similar story to share? at this point in my journey, its literally the only downside. the one upside is that it made me a more attentive lover, I focus on every other aspect of sex now because the orgasms are more of a soft landing than an eruption.

i have resorted to starting some pelvic floor strengthening exercises, a good cardio routine at the gym as well as taking Cialis before sex so i can get bigger glans. it'll increase my pleasure to about 35% of what it used to be. if I have known this was a price I will have to pay, I honestly would have heavily reconsidered my decision, or be much more at ease and accepting in my current one.

size wise i gained length but lost .5 girth. initially I was very depressed about it, but after fucking a few women i realized a HARD penis is much much much more important than a thick one. so that concern has been thrown out the window. the only thing remaining in my path of acceptance are my orgasms.

has anybody here experienced what i have? if you did and resolved the issue, what did you do?

i havent talked to Dr Eid yet, assuming my penis will get better over time. but it doesnt seem like it will be improving. so i will probably schedule an appointment soon.

if you have HF and are considering this surgery, take note that your orgasms can degrade significantly like mine has. inflating against your PF will cause pain and soreness which will affect your enjoyment of sex. BUT you will never worry about getting hard, only hoping you will enjoy the encounter.

flaccid is mostly manageable, the only times it was inconvenient is when i deadlift or if I'm wearing tight pants and it gets mangled. no big deal otherwise.

I see, the fact that is mostly the left side make me belive that you may benefit from traditional pelvic floor trigger point therapy. Maybe the implant just created some additional inflammation and cramping on that area which needs to be dealt with.

Just to be clear so you don't feel your actual penis/HF itself constricting against the expansion of the implant but just the muscle of the Pelvic floor (which I guess you mean mostly the perineum ). Correct?

I can comment on my Titan after 20 months living with it! lol. First few months the thing is very firm when flaccid. The dog ears hurt more than anything else the first few months, then things start softening up and I think the inside of your penis gets toughened up also. Either way by 5-6 months the dog ears are a non issue. I cycled daily twice for 30 minutes and did the perito exercises every time up til about a year and let me tell you my dick is very soft and pliable when deflated. The implant actually crinkles( accordion is best way to describe it) and gets about an inch shorter when completely deflated. I tend to just deflate to the point where it equalizes pressure with the resivour and maybe squeeze just a little bit from there. I wear seperatec underwear which lets you hang naturally but is like wearing a sock cushioning your shower. No idea how this compares with an AMS but I couldn’t be any happier with my implant. After the one year mark it’s just as natural feeling as my non implanted dick was just several inches bigger when flaccid! I have absolutely no regrets and will have a revision asap when ever this one fails.

pelvic floor physical therapy would give temporary relief, but inevitably would return even when i hit all the trigger points, streached out the muscle then strengthened it. before my implant it helped with the chronic pain but not the function. im still in the same situation now. most likely before my implant my PF would be tense in the same way, limiting bloodflow.

the pain is on the left side of the base of my penis, and shoots up that side to my glans.
