Gents who got the implant via infrapubic incision-

Do you have any tubing issues?
Are they visible? Do they hurt during sex?

Asking as a guy waiting to meet the implant doc next month.

I took these photos 1 hour ago when I was cycling, nothing is visible, no problem with the tubes, for 7/8 days I have been deflating the system as much as possible, which is very difficult to do, since I deflated it completely I no longer have the discomfort that I had some tips near the glans, plus I can swell to have sex almost to the max without having a phase, I should have sex this evening, it seems that the reason for the discomfort in the tips was the fact that I didn't deflate completely, as soon as I have sex I will open a post

Did you lose any lenght? From what i understand the titan gives most men better girth.

Is avoiding RTEs one of the keys of reducing visible tubing?

Does the pump sit in front of testes or behind?

How does the reservoir feel?

I gained 1 cm in length, circumference equal to the pre-implantation, the tank can't be felt at all, the pump is high and in front of the testicles, it doesn't give any problems, when I'm pumped to the max like those photos if I touch to the left in the bag under the base I feel the raised tubes, but you can't see them at all, they're in the bag

thank you thai, best wishes to you too, I believe that the key to my improvement is to completely deflate myself, it seems that the tissues are more relaxed, whereas before they always remained tense, I no longer feel the discomfort I felt 10 days ago, next time every time I have sex I will do it almost completely pumped, minus the remaining 5 half pumps that I add with 2 hands, when I ride a bicycle, I also see an improvement in the shape of the glans, in addition to no longer feeling the pain of the tips flapping at the end glans

I personally was back to original length by about 10-11 months I also am slightly larger in girth than prior surgery

A good Dr is key to not having z as my tubing showing. Titan has a whole different set of implants designed for IP insertion. I assume they have tubing exit further up the shaft than the ones designed for scrotal approach.

The testicals hang from the sides and I don’t understand people who say in front or behind testicals. Pump should be approximately in the middle and mine hangs low in my scrotum. Technically I thin the tuning going to the pump is over the top of the vas-deferous on my left side but comes into my scrotum way up tight to my shaft before hanging down the center.

How does the reservoir feel?
At first it’s a bit irritating but after a while it’s just another item in your scrotum. It’s very hard at first but the ball(pump) it’s Ed of gets much softer in a few months
