Gents in the 7 to 7.5 inch length range (from pubic bone) what was your implant size please?
Did the doctor give you extenders?
Did you lose length?
I want to know what kind of implant size to expect.
Thanks in advance

Implant Size Question
40 YO. Been on pills since late 20s. Pills now starting to not work. Might be vein leak. Dont want injections. Hoping to get checked out next month for implant.
Re: Implant Size Question
I was 8.5” prior to implant. With implant 1, which was 24 cm with .5 RTE, I was 8” . With implant revision, which was 26 cm, I am 7”. Larger implant and shorter length is strange.

Is it expanding properly when you inflate? What did your doctor say?
Sorry to read about this. Losing 1.5 inches no joke

Hrc714 reply perfectly shows the huge variations in implant results. You've asked several times about sizing. His results, while on the extreme side, do show that any attempt to predict implant lengths vs final size is a fools errand at best.
I've posted that one member with an undoubtedly large penis. His same brand & model implant is only 4cm longer than mine. His results are more than the 4cm difference between our implant sizes. There just isn't the correlation that we think there is.

Re: Implant Size Question
I am now implanted over three years. My stretched flaccid was 7”.
I am now well over that but part of that may be due to measuring technique for BPEL.
I wonder if the period recommended for using the VED is often too short of period. I used a VED for over a year.
I have no regrets regarding the implant as nothing was working, but I can say that there have been other challenges.
I recognize there are many young guys that fear the procedure but I would think that their wives would find it easier to accommodate and adjust to the implant at a younger age. Happy wife, Happy life.
Should pictures be posted here or in “Members only”?
See signature for additional details.
P.S. Thank you one and all for helping educate me on these very personal subjects.

Your signature is why I try to avoid these questions about how the implant size affects distal length.
Our implants are almost exactly the same. Both 22cm Titans, I have a 120 ml reservoir rather than a 125ml. Im 5”l x 6”g. A full 2” min smaller than you.
Our bodies take these implants differently.

I totally understand your feelings. Seems like there is a parade of men thinking that penis lenght is perfectly correlated to implant size. In the example that I used above. His 4cm (1.6") implant difference over mine is actually nearly 2.5" over my erect size. Exact same brand & model except for implant lenght.
Don't even get me started on the huge misunderstandings over girths. Recently a non implanted member claimed that an AMS would leave you with a pencil dick. But a Titan would give you lots of girth. I changed my signature just to show that wild girth claims, either way, are false.

GT: I’m not exactly a total fool, although I remember a song from my youth “Oh me, oh my, I’m a fool for ya baby.”
I think we can agree that penis size is a normal distribution. Bell-shaped curve.
So is the depth of crus. A normal distribution.
The two are unrelated.
Therefore yes, you’d be a fool to predict that someone with 23 cm of implant will end up with a 7” penis.
On the other hand, I do believe it’s okay to speculate that, when all is said and done, most guys with 23 cm of implant will end up between 6.5” and 7.25”
The exact midrange based on normal anatomy would put someone at 6.78”. The 95% confidence intervals would run from about 6.5” to 7.1”.
Predicting post-healing, post-cycling size based on implant dimensions is nothing but a tool. It’s useful, so long as everyone understands all the variables and how it’s not unrealistic to be outside the range.
It’s a ray of home and maybe even a life preserver after surgery and you’ve got 23 cm of implant but what appears to be a 4.5” shadow of your former self.

Re: Implant Size Question
I am implanted with a 22cm Titan, no RTE's. When I first started cycling 1 month after surgery I measured 6.5" bpl. 6 months later I can pump up to 7.5" in length. I was very aggressive before surgery with VED and a traction device ( penimaster pro ) . Post surgery with cycling and VED use. I'm incredibly happy with my results and believe I'm actually bigger than before ED had ravaged my sex life.
