Thanks everyone for all the input.
The only conclusion i can draw from here is that most guys who are are 7” or slightly above need at least a 23cm implant to maintain length.
The only thing that will negate this is a guy with an 18cm implant measuring over 7”- which i have yet to come across.
Attempting to preserve length is important as it does affect a man’s sex life and confidence post implant.

40 YO. Been on pills since late 20s. Pills now starting to not work. Might be vein leak. Dont want injections. Hoping to get checked out next month for implant.

this doesn't make any sense. Maybe you are measuring differntly ? You can't lose so much if also your implant is 1.5cm longer, I don't think that's physically possibile. Unless doctor screwed you during the op, but I don't know how he could
