I am 4 1/2 weeks post op and doing good but I have had this right below penis since surgery. I really started to notice it as the swelling started to go down.
Had my 2 week follow up and Dr didnt really say much other than he wasnt worried about it. Didnt really say what it was. It is not painful but im wondering if it is a hematoma and if anyone else has had anything similiar? Kind of feels like a big marble. Its not the pump, because I have been cycling for the past week.

Don't think so,
It is like a hard ball that you can't move and it's oblong shaped when I pull skin tight

Could be a hydrocele in your scrotum.
In my surgical report the doctor indicates that there was a hydrocele present in my scrotum that he felt might interfere with my pumping of the pump, so he drained it.

It feels like it is attached more to my body than to my scrotum

It’s not a hematoma. It looks like it is a result of your sutures, and the way your wound was closed. Talk to your surgeon.

A hematoma feels like a soft squishy ball. Sort like small water balloon
