I've been with Dr. Hakky since 2016 for Low Testosterone and ED. He diagnosed a Venous Leak my first or second visit with him. I had a heart attack and bypass surgery in 2019 and haven't had an unassisted erection since. We wanted to install an implant in 2023 but Dr. Hakky performs his surgeries in the only hospital system in the area that my insurance didn't cover. I changed providers for 2024 and I'm on the calendar.

I know this is the way to go, but I have two major concerns that we'll talk about as we do the prep work leading up to surgery.

1) I'm a naturist and non-sexual, social nudity is a big part of my life. Most of my friends have seen me naked at festivals or saunas/spas. My wife and I also go to France and spend each July at a huge family oriented naturist campground. So for me, I need a flaccid penis to look flaccid. Walking around even semi-erect just won't be well received this summer.

2) I like to go to the gym and mostly lift. Getting the big muscles in the glutes and thighs really helps with my blood sugar regulation so my thighs are pretty muscular. I hope I'll be able to continue after I heal up. Will the reservoir or pump interfere with squats, press, lunges? Will I be able to resume pushing heavy weights?

Length, girth, pain, etc. I trust Dr. Hakky to work that out and I've been pumping daily since early November and am ready to cycle as soon as I'm cleared. I figure the heart surgery recovery was good practice for this. 33 days to go...

My Titan was installed 14 weeks ago and while loosening, it still has a somewhat erect look.
Many posts here report a more natural flaccid look with the Boston Scientific.
I cant say as Ive only had one brand.

Dr Hakky is a straight shooter, Id ask him his thoughts and see if he has any guys lined uo that can discuss. He may have pics also.

I trusted him to lead me right and he did.

I’m no stranger to nude beaches.

I’m one year postop, with a Titan. The chub of the earliest months has given way through vigorous cycling, hot baths/showers, and the Perito exercises to a natural looking flaccid. Stands out a bit more than OEM, but my friends tell me that it’s nothing for concern. That said, the AMS guys seem to report a more consistently natural looking flaccid.

I also go a certain nude beach in South France. Cap D’Agde. There, it’s quite appropriate to put a few pumps in and stand proud.
