After a disappointing night with the gf last night I have moved my 80% certain of getting an implant to 90….maybe even 95%. Usually I can stay up long enough to get the first nut. Was done before I could even enter. Took and edex shot…..NOTHING! But a sore penis. Going bionic in 2024. Shit was heart wrenchingly embarrassing! Thank goodness my gf is pretty cool!

In spite of Alex258's ringing endorsement (or perhaps because of it), I feel compelled to point out that an implant is not a perfect solution, much less a cure for ED. But it IS a solution, and appears to be the most appropriate solution for you in your condition as described. There are drawbacks to the implant but they are minor compared to the fact that you can regain sexual function.

So, add my endorsement to his.

When I chose to have an implant, I reasoned that injections were not a viable solution for me, so skipped them entirely. So you have my congratulations for trying a less-invasive/destructive treatment. And my congratulations for finding a woman as supportive as she. Treasure her!

I hear and read all the good things.....from discomfort to you wont regret it to why did you wait so long. I a scheduled for the torture treatment in Feb. I do have very honest and straight up URO surgeons. He and she has said, I will call them all sort of dirty names and words for the first 4 days after the procedure. I hope I will be able to say in a few months, "Why did I wait so long" But we shall see. Both have promised me the Nerve Block and plenty REAL pain meds. Plus, I have stocked piled me plenty of Oxcys, Codones, and Percs, just in case.

Sounds like you are ready. From what I know, the post op is different for everyone. Pain meds were very helpful. Before you know it you'll be posting to others who will be prepping for this as well. I had previous penile issues which two other known surgeons didn't want to touch. They all guided me towards Perito who i happened to have a 3rd consult with anyway and voila! Very happy and completely successful. The greatest advice I've seen on here which includes my pov.....use a top doc! GL to ya. And PM i you'd like to.

i had actually cancelled my first surgery,,waited a year.
I was having sex on 100 to 150mg generic viagra...a generic cialis 5mg sometimes 10. with injection.
I would be great for a hour..huff and puff and lose it..sometimes not even maintain erection at all..that was it for me.
I already have sensitivity to bp if i eat poor diet...i have mild regurgitation of heart nut heart is strong.
And i dont want to take injections any more and scar up my penis...that was it...deal done..best decision i ever made...
The doctor is the key..cant stress it enough...the forums are telling the truth...
