21 Years Old , Serious Case of Penis Issues , Need help / advice

Hey man, I’m in the same boat as you. I’m 21 years old and I’ve had Peronies and severe ED for a bit over a year now. I have a loving GF who cares a lot about me even though our sex life is severely lacking. I have the same worry and conserves that you have and I’ve been seeing Dr. Yafi in UCI health Urology and his assistant is very reluctant to give me the implant because of my age. I’ve been taking a daily dose of 5 mg of cilaicis to help me and tbh it hasn’t been doing much work. I hate that this is something we have to go through at so young but I’m fully mentally prepared for the implant. My penis is completely broken at this point and I used to be 7 inches and now I’m around 6 so I’m scared with the surgery I’ll lose growth but we’ll see. I assume you were born in 02 just like me so I hope we both can get through this and have a good sex life. If push comes to shove and Yafi refuses to implant me because of my age I’ll change my insurance group and fly to New York to meet with Dr. Eid. No matter what it takes I need to fix this. The Doppler showed Yafi that I had weak outflow and inflow (he did three injections on me just for it to work) but he’s not convinced about going the implant route yet. I’ll keep fighting and All the FT members are very supportive and kind in these times of trouble.

5mg of cialis is basically the minimum dose. See if your dr will raise your dose. Towards the end. I was using 20mg daily. For me, the cost & side effects were the end. Btw, be very wary of buying your meds from online offshore suppliers. Lots of them are under strength or fake.

I am 62 an have had numerous revisions. I’d go through the surgery every year if that’s what it took to keep my dick working. It’s just a man thing I guess. The initial surgery was the worse as far as pain for a couple weeks. The revisions were better as far as less pain. My head don’t get firm but penetration is no problem. I also take 20mg Cilas daily. I did shots for erections which worked but they caused lots of scar tissue. I lost so length with my first surgery but have gained most of it back after cycling through the years. The implant makes it easier to have sex whenever you want and for as long as you want.
The doctor is the biggest issue. Find one that’s high volume and you feel good with.
I currently use Dr Hakky in Atlanta and I am super happy. He is very plain spoken and it’s like talking to your friend about issues. He’s very down to earth and knowledgeable.
