If I go with the implant which one should I go with?
The urologist gave me these options.

You have nothing to lose to give injections a trial period. I was ready to jump to an implant but the injections are working well for me. I think I’ve pushed off an implant for several years.
63yr old. PDwith 40% dor. Curve. Pre-PD 7”x6”.lost 2 in. due to PD. ED prior to PD. Switched from Sildalifil to Trimix Nov 2023 . Currently titrating Trimix for optimization.

If pills don't work for you, you're on your way to an implant. But there are other options on the way.
Nothing beats a blood-throbbing natural penis. Nothing. You might be the youngest person on this forum. 21 years old, if I remember correctly. Try other options. Implants are not going away.

You also talked about peyronie's pain lasting for years (which doesn't happen). You talk about flaccid pain that imprisons you to a bed all day, every day. I think you should look for other underlying conditions. Either urological or non-urological. Hope you're well.
