3 years after surgery
3 years after surgery
I’ve been meaning to post on here about my results about my surgery. I did three years ago. By now I have forgotten the pain I went thru and the outcome has been better than any ED solution I’ve tried! My sex life is amazing and spontaneous as I don’t have to worry about it working. I see some comments about size, and I was concerned also. I wanted bigger and more girth. Since my surgery I’ve lost 40 lbs and it’s made my implant look even longer! One thing is now that I have abs, you can see the tubing from the reservoir. So I went back to Doc. Carrion and I’m going to have surgery to push that in. While I was there he told me if I wanted to go bigger now that the implants have been there, it won’t hurt as bad or recovery be that long! My wife is worried I might be too much for her with this new implant. One thing I know if I’m considering going thru the pain again you know I feel like it was totally worth doing! From my experience I should have done this a long time ago but, do your research and find a experienced doctor!

I have no after surgery experience, but i do know it's not the size of the ship, it's the motion of the ocean. The first few inches of a woman is the most sensitive. 6 - 8 inches of dick, dipping in and out, while lightly stroking against the clit, will get her to where she wants to go. Anything else is over kill. That's most women, but not all. Most women, don't necessarily need 12 inches......Only farm animals.

Congratulations!!!! I love hearing long term satisfaction. As long as your not already bashing her cervix I bet she will love it. Good luck and let us know if you get the bigger size, and! Super nice work on the weight loss, thats a tuff road for most. Love the implant, could agree more on the best fix for ed.

I was just going to do try to hide the tubbing better but, since I’ve had the surgery to do it again is easier because they don’t have to hollow out your side of your penis. I’m going from a 20 cm titan to a 22 cm and I’ll get the tubbing fixed and I’ll have the girth I’ve been missing and it will be all like new. One thing I forgot I am so dam scared of the surgery but, I know how happy I am with mine so far!

I have always been under the impression an implant will not increase your size from what you naturally have,am I missing something here?
Are you considering the Punema?
Many years on Viagra until it didnt help,I moved onto Trimix 5 years ago and it now has limited effect.Time to move on to The Implant.

Re: 3 years after surgery
Raycaba, I have also lost about 35 pounds or a little more and my tubing is now showing at the top where it exits out of the implant. I obviously had infrapubic, and it never showed until I lost the weight. I get concerned about the impact on these tubes when I’m going deep and hard during sex. I guess my wife is the exception… she loves it as deep as I can go and likes it hard. I’ve considered the same thing you’re talking about for the tubing and also my resivour. I had previously had double hernia surgery with mesh about 15 years previously and the Dr was afraid to penetrate the abdomen my resivour pretty much fully exposed just under the fascia! It showed after surgery but since I’ve lost the weight it stands out really bad! I keep thinking I can hold out til I need a revision…. But get sick and tired of seeing this growth sticking out, and it’s directly where my belt line is so I’m forced to wear my pants a little higher to go above it. I will definitely find a Dr that will go thru my abdomen with the resivour and also considered going scrotal next time around. As agrivating as it is I’ve kinda gotten used to it so will likely wait til a revision is needed. Good luck in the future with whatever decision you go with.

Re: 3 years after surgery
Well, it started that I was going in for the tubing because it was showing like yours but after talking to the doctor and being an anesthesia I might as well get a revision and get my pump moved back behind my testicles, so it won’t show neither will the tubes after is scored deeper into my abdomen. Going from twenty centime to twenty two centimeters it’s only about a half an inch longer but the girth is supposed to be a lot more and I feel if I’m going to decide on having the surgery since my insurance covers it right now I might as well go ahead and get the revision and just get it done over with, and hopefully not have to do this again. If my insurance wasn’t covering $137,000 surgery I probably would not consider doing that but I probably won’t have this kind of insurance for a long time so I want to take advantage and just get it over with. One thing my doctor did say is with the weight loss your penis looks longer! So for you guys that are looking to lose some weight that should be some motivation. He said he has used some of the largest implants on the heavyset man and their penis was only like 5

Ignore the Punema. You need to understand the medical logic. If the companies truly advertise that penis growth was a possiblity. Every man that didn't gain a bunch would be trying to sue them. Even if the guy never cycled once. At least some size growth is decently well reported. But most of it is based upon the user consistently cycles his implant.

Re: 3 years after surgery
After three years of cycling and having sex. I do feel it has stretched a bit were a size that would be large three years ago now will fit fine! I mean it’s only from 20-22 cms. The girth is my issue and doc says I will get that with new implant. I always felt mine was skinner than my old natural penis but, my wife never complained either way. I feel after going thru the trauma of prostate cancer and all that came wit it, the implant was the ultimate and Best choice!
Re: 3 years after surgery
If you do go for the revision and gain length please post the results.
I lost over an inch in length fighting ED for 13 years by the time I got the implant. I would consider going under the knife again IF it would gain me 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch or more.
