Its simple, you keep posting about basically the same issue. Now you're saying its improving. Which is it? Maybe a year posting about issues sounds long term to me.
The rarity of your procedure means we, as a group are poorly equipped to offer you much advice. I wish it wasn't so. What does your dr say?

Dr is just ignoring me, I have read of people and been contacted by them having this experience, whereby, when having issues, the doctors just ignore you and tell you its in your head (or anxiety). Usually, when using lower volume surgeons.. The improvements are in pain, the retracted graft area seems to be slowly filling out, and length and girth returning. Much less general pain and less pain after ejaculation, also prostatitis seems to have settled or at least is manageable with certain medications.
The flaccid angle and dog ear is still there, but might just be something having to deal with or reassess in a few months.
Thanks for your advice anyway and trying to supportive. It is tough dealing with peyronies for 5 years, then implant pain and issues for another year.

Allow me to speculate that the dr is ignoring you because his experience is telling him that you'll recover. Perhaps slowly, but still some version that is better than you are now & was a month ago.

That's a good perspective to have honestly. I appreciate it.

I think patience, time, and acceptance is key.

I have a titan and have no problems at all with it showing through pants. I have always dressed to the side (to the right), rather than down, even before the implant, and regular underwear will hold it in place just fine, normal looking, though more of a "shower" than I used to be.

The one thing I've noticed is that when naked it tends to stick straight out even fully deflated. I can easily bend it down or to the side, but it pops right back up. Fortunately, I'm not in the habit of hanging out naked with children. If I needed to shower at the gym or something I can imagine that might be a little embarrassing. I've sometimes wondered whether this is the result of dressing to the side. Like, maybe the natural crease lines in my cylinders bend to the left and right rather than up and down? I'm curious whether anyone else has seen this.
