Thanks Youngfr, for updating about your implant. It's a marathon my young Padawan, not a sprint. It will take time before your pump feels softer and able to pump it better because it hasn't been that long since you got your implant.

The titan is not the same as the implant that I have but some thing will relate. There are a lot of guys on here that have the Titan and will be able to help you with technical stuff about it and and pump.

But I'll be glad to answer any questions that I can that relate to both implants.

Hog, gave some good advice about cycling in his post above. At least you've got a starting point on what to do.

We'll be there for you,

Slow and steady. The size will come. Those cylinders will stretch over time.
The doctor was correct in saying when you get a revision generally you go up a little in size of implant but the outward appearance doesn’t change. Things inside just stretch a little over time.
Revision 2/13/24 Dr Tariq Hakky, Atlanta (Great Doctor) Titan 24XL no Rte’s. I’m 62 married. I have had numerous revisions due to product and body failures. Always had a Titan ipp.
