I decided today to do an experiment in the interest of research.

I timed myself from fully flaccid to fully inflated. This involved pumping up to max, doing about 20 seconds of the PERITO exercises, hard, and then squeezing in those last micro pumps until I could not get in another squeeze.

Elapsed time: three minutes and 10 seconds.

ThailandBound, I've never timed how long it will take to go from flaccid to fully pumped with my AMS LGX
I'll give it a shot this week and see what I come up with.
I have tired different speeds when I inflate.
In the beginning I liked pumping fast, and it would take anywhere from 60 to 70 pumps to get rock hard.
Now I pump slowly, compressing the pump bulb fully before letting it suck more saline into the bulb, so it takes way less pumps. I get rock hard at 25 or 30 pumps, I still like to see if I can get anymore after around 10 minutes being fully inflated.
I know your implant is different so I'll see how long it takes for a AMS LGX 18cm will take for time, going with slow pumps.

Took about 75 seconds, 35 seconds to max pump, moved it around a little, kept mashing till nothing would go in. I took a bath and was able to get a couple 1/4 pumps around 15 min in, couldn’t get anything else at the 30 min mark.

mostle I pump to about 60% for orals sex and playing around and later to 90%/100%.

I juste tried to max and it took 1 handed 50 pumps and than I could give it another 20 two handed, all together 3 minutes 25.

Thailandbound, I did my homework assignment, here are my results.

It took 27 pumps to get to where I couldn’t pump anymore and that took me 67 seconds.
I pumped slowly making sure that I squeezed the bulb completely.

I then started a timer for 10 minutes to let tissues stretch and I got three more partial pumps in for a total of 30 pumps.

BTW 50 pumps for the LGX 18 seems a bit over the average

Right now, i am able to do 20-22 pumps and it grows about 1.5 cm in length

Full max takes a while. Max pumps only takes a short time but it is not fully inflated. I can only squeeze on 10-15 pumps to start. Doing the exercise I can add additional pumps. I do this for about 45 minutes and it is at the max and starts to get a bit painful. I try to hold it for another 15 minutes and then deflate. I feel that this gives me the maximum potential to gain length and girth.

Possibly older and with weaker hands than many of you, I pump 40 times and am able to use "all her holes"..... I'll often do ten or twenty pumps, play a bit, then pump some more.... Good luck man!

I took my stopwatch and made some experimental runs at inflation. Three runs and the time to each state averaged. Total time from start to finish was between at 95 to 112 seconds.

State 1: Completely flaccid, as deflated as I could possibly get.

State 2: Incipient. Easily concealable and passable as a normal penis with just a little tumescence-the beginning of an erection.

State 3: Tumescent: Slight bulge in pants, Discernable in most pants, but not completely obvious.

State 4: Semi-hard. Enough for penetration with a willing partner, but not "That thing is going to split me like a melon." hard. Just about perfect for fellatio.

State 5: Inflated to the point where more pumping does not increase rigidity. Penis is unbending with any sex imaginable (absent someone putting full body weight on it.)


State 1 to 2 15 seconds Flaccid to just the beginning of an erection. A normal state

State 2 to 3 15 seconds Tumescent - a woman could feel it if in a slow dance with and I pressed into her. But easily bent.

State 3 to 4 30 seconds Semi-erect Visible "printing" in most trousers. Just barely rigid enough for penetration, certainly enough for fellatio.

State 4 to 5 45-60 seconds (sometimes requires switching hands because one hand gets tired,) Yeah, baby! Climb on to this tower of power!


So, I figure, to go stealthily from halfway between state 3 and 4 to halfway between state 4 and 5 (enough to go from appearing to a woman to be simply aroused to having sex without her noticing that you are pumping up, you only have to sneak about 30 seconds of pumping. Now 30 seconds may sound short, but if she is eager, you are going to have to resort to some subterfuge. Depart for the toilet, perform cunnilingus, turn your back while undressing, etc.
