Hi folks,
I am having my implant placed in March. I've opted for the smaller classic titan pump and my doctor has said he'll hide it as best as possible since I have multiple partners (behind the testicles, etc.) he's a high volume doctor. My question for those of you with the implant is this, does your pump stay in one space in your testicles like its own little pouch, or does it freely move around. In other words, if you've got a big scrotum and you pull it does the pump move with your scrotum, or does it just float around in there?
Thanks in advance!

Re: Question about the pump in your scrotum
Mine stays pretty much in the same spot. I can move it around some but not much. Part of this is because I have a deep crus. I believe my dr used a pre connected kit. Thus the tubing is a fixed length. A non pre connected implant could be used. I bet the pump can be put almost anywhere. Here is the problem with hiding the pump in my opinion. Unless your anatomy is such that a pre connected kit will let your pump go where you want it. The dr will need to splice the tubing to get the pump where you want it. Splices are a fairly well known failure spot. So you might be trading a good spot for an earlier tubing failure needing a revision.
Your call but I suggest talking about the durability of splices in case any might be needed. Btw, each man is different but there isn't a behind a testical spot in my sack. My shaft is there. Below is a better decription in my body. In other words, don't focus on an internet catch phrase with out seeing if you actually have that spot.
In my case, pumping is super easy with 1 hand, actually 2 fingers. Be carefull that a low pump on YOU might require 2 hands to pump. That makes being discrete harder. If you plan on getting a Titan. To the best of my knowledge while the pump might be smaller. I think it requires 2 fingers to deflate. My AMS pump has a raised button type spot. If deflation is needed at anytime. I can just touch the button & give it a gentle push. I honestly don't think my wife has EVER noticed me deflate.

Mines behind the original neighbors and low. Near the perinium. Nobody can see it and it’s pretty much fixed in place with only a little give. Perfect.
Active, athletic 63 years old. Sexually, still 33 in my mind and spirit. Pills and injections all worked, until they didn’t. Diagnosed with veinous leakage in 2022. Coloplast Titan. 22 CM. No RTE. Peno-scrotal. Implanted 1/4/23. Dr. Clavell.

Re: Question about the pump in your scrotum
Like most here, mine is centered and below my testes.
I can move mine down and forward a bit.
I had the same surgeon do my recent revision and he placed the first and this second one in about the same place.
My first implant was the Titan touch(single button to deflate), this revision is the original Titan(flat deflate bars)
Honestly it's more important to be able to reach and manipulate it, than to "hide" it.

It's going to be in your sack no matter what.
Partners are not going to care about it at all.
If anything you can always give them a heads up so there's no surprises.
(I imagine if there's ball play, they would certainly find the 3rd ball no matter what lol)

I've had around 10 partners since I got my implant 6 years ago and 0% of them asked about it.
Some knew before and I told the rest after. All I got were positive reviews

Mine is low and it doesn't move around. I do move mine a bit when finding different areas to pump meaning I can initially pump then sometimes I have to find a softer spot and sometimes the pump will move just a bit. Upon deflating and if I cant get my fingers on the release valve all I do is reposition the pump to line up with the proper grip to deflate and doing this is normal and not a big deal whatsoever. I was weirded out the first few times I tried it. No big deal.

Re: Question about the pump in your scrotum
Mine sits in a vertical orientation centered behind and and centered slightly lower than the boys. I can move it around some but it always comes back to this same resting place which is also the perfect location for pumping and deflation.

Re: Question about the pump in your scrotum
Mine hangs low in my scrotum below the boys and pretty much stays in the middle. It can move around freely but generally stays low and center. I had infrapubic so my tubing comes around the left side of my penis deep inside where it can’t show but you can feel it if you dig in. The tubing seems to be anchored to the shaft tight until it goes south just off center. If your done scrotal the tubing comes out of the center between your testicals and basically the only variable would be up and down. Never understood people saying their pump is behind or in front of their testicals. The testicals are connected by the vas diferense which comes out just below your penis and out to the perspective side. If the tubing ever went under the vas it would be a bad thing! It would essentially be wrapped around it at that point so your pump is technically either high or low in your scrotum and above, even , or below your testicals. Mine is perfectly placed low and below.
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!
