Look and feel is good, i think it looks better than my oem cock. It looks different but i think i would be the only one to notice. Yes, glands are permanent as well. I have had the filler for 3 years. The filler with the implant is a good combo, the impant forces a nice flaccid length and the filler makes it look big. Pre implant, i would get a donut look when cold outside. The filler, i had to massage it all the time, with the implant i dont, the implant is amazing. If i had to choose between the two, i am very happy with both….. Implant wins by a mile.

It wasnt painful, i had to ware a wrap for a month and that sucked.

Glands are weird, so if you use a pump or a cock ring its maxed out, normal erosal for sex can be close to max or something in between soft and max. I say it worked because its almost always max size when aroused. But its not bigger than before with a cock ring.
