Can A VED Be Used Safely With Implants?

Been on FT since I had my implant back in 2015. Like a lot of men (from what I have read) who have had the implant I have lost length. Pre implant I was average 5.5 in, now I'm only at 4". As with most couples we both have added a few pounds and now penetration sex is impossible. Are there any guys here that have had success restoring length with a VED?

I have the AMS 700 implant. My dvd that came with my implant says a VED can be used with the implant per advice from the surgeon. I have used one for the past two years.

I was Nov 22 Coloplast Titan. I was 1.5-2 inches post prostrate removal for 3 years and after implant I wasn't that impressed however with cycling and using the pump I am now at 6L 6G and still expanding. It took time regarding the growth and I attribute this to cycling.

Yes you can, Just make sure you use a ring on the bottom of the VED. I use mine maybe 3 times a week. I have stretched my implant out to about 7.5 inches and my girth is around 6.25 to 6.5 inches after using the VED.

I have noticed that on days I don't use it and just inflate the implant to the max, I stay around 7.25 and 6.0. Just go easy and to to much pressure.

Are you saying you gained all that length from cycling the implant alone?

I wasn't aware the implant tubes could be stretched. Is the diameter of your VED about the same as the erection ? I remember using it pre implant and it would make the penis all distorted around the head.

Yes. Back a few years ago when I first came to FrankTalk it seemed to be a general assumption that some size loss was very possible. And when I talked to my urologist after the surgery I said about size gains, exactly, "the research is consistent, it's the people....."

Meaning, mountains of real, reliable and reputable medical research proves losing size is no longer a problem with implants. At that time the general exercise advice many man heard from their doctors was to only cycle for 15 minutes a day. But taking that literally is a mistake because more time plus more VED use is proven to work, and no complications have been reported.

If you use a VED before the procedure you can regain what your size was before years of ED, plus it allows the surgeon to give you an implant size that best meets just how your dick was back when you were a horny 22 year old rather than how it is now. If you use one after the procedure, you can add more length, especially with the AMS 700 LGX. Too bad I’m a horny 22 yo right now . What am I supposed to do . The VED is replay tedious . How do I use it without getting my balls sucked in it ?

Any tips I’m trying to go in to surgery with at least 6.5 inches or 7 inches in length . But this VED seems to have a steep learning curve .

The balls getting stuck traumatized me .
