I am going to ask my doctor about injections, but I was curious to know something first. If the injection is successful and climax is achieved before the medication has lost its effectiveness; does the penis continue to stay erect until the medication has worn off or does it return to a flaccid state immediately afterwards?
Thanks
Possible stupid question
Re: Possible stupid question
Both has happened with me. I'd suppose that if you were to inject and have an orgasm soon afterwards you would still have the solution within your body and be able to go at it again!! If you have the stamina, make use of the effects while you can.
Re: Possible stupid question
well, yeah it often will continue to be hard. So...your mate will get an encore show.
You have to walk a fine line between it being hard enough for great sex but going down 15 minutes later, and being rock hard for hours. Rock hard for hours...kind of hurts!

That's what happens to me, every time.
RP in 2012 because of prostate cancer. 100% ED, also some leakage problems.

Re: Possible stupid question
With me it seems to be a combination of dosage and external factors. Sometimes the same dose will go down quite quickly and other times lasts for ages. Rightly or wrongly I`ve got to the stage where I`ve stopped worrying about it. I know it will go down, and it does - the length of time taken seems to be pot luck.

I have had the same problem with the inconsistency of usable erection time....read the following and think about how you are injecting....
"Another tip for being sure you've hit the sweet spot is to see if you can draw blood back into the syringe, it's obvious if you can and confirms you're in the right place, if you can't, withdraw the syringe a little or push it in a little further, if that fails try another spot.
Also as others have said, if you meet noticeable resistance when injecting you're almost certainly injecting into the tissues instead of the corpus cavernosa which may or may not work.
Personally I can always tell if I'm in the right spot because that slight sting of the needle going through tissue disappears completely when the needle enters the corpus cavernosa!
Good Luck!"
Wow !!! the light just turned on for me !!!!
I have often wondered why I have various results injecting trimix.....Sometimes it works well and sometimes not....
Last night, I injected....saw a little blood in the syringe and WOW !! I wore-out my Honey !!! other times...I get started and it does not last very long. Seems that I have not been getting deep enough and missing where the trimix needs to go, into the corpus cavernosa!
From now on.....push the needle in harder....watch for a little blood in the syringe....push the plunger (should push easy) and away I go...
Always something to learn
Happy Holidays !!!
Cheers !!!
