no pain when cycling... is that a good thing?

Nor do I. I think maybe Gt1956 didn't mean that.

I can easily be wrong.
The only thing that I can point to is a member that had a CX 24cm. He got a revision to a Titan 26cm. He complains of losing 2". That complaint continued for several months after his revision. The CX stretching is the only thing that explained it in my mind. I believe his size loss claims. What or how he lost it is the issue.
In the future, I'll try to avoid that claim. It doesn't fit with AMS advertising. Only 1 members experience. Sorry guys.

imagine, things that happen, maybe even stretched by 10%, to me my titan seems even shorter, if that were the case from 15 cm I would go to 16.5, but this cursed one doesn't stretch

I think the Titan is known to not stretch, very much. An often posted & discussed study shows that at 20psi. It stretches only a little. Less than 1cm. I hope you wasn't counting on the Titan stretching.
The LGX, on the other hand actually does stretch in length according to the study.
My previous mistake was saying the CX stretches. Its the LGX that does.

I have 5 minutes left in my cycling and I'll be honest I wish there was no pain it is very very uncomfortable. I would happily trade you any day.

Best I can tell I did retract that. In a later post in the thread.
But if it was concerning the member that lost significant length going from a CX to a Titan. I think that post said it was my only explanation.
My dr has told me that the CX can stretch but it is in the single digit range. I think he said 3%. Who am I to argue with him?

I am thinking that there may be some confusion about the fact that the LGX is designed to "expand" by a certain percentage. I think what is actually happening is that when the deflation occurs from fully erect, the implant retracts in length to aid in giving the visual of an more natural flaccid penis. Contrast to the CX which maintains it approximate length when flaccid. When my LGX is pumped to its max, it certainly expands in length (and presumably girth) to its designed length. I think what we all hope for is that, say a 20 cm LGX has the magic to expand by 20% to effectively a 24 cm unit, which would correspond to a 20% increase in penis size. If that was the reality, I think the line for LGX's would be out the door in every urology office on the planet. So, maybe its a clever marketing trick to call it expansion, when in reality, it may actually be that the implant really just shrinks by a small percentage when deflated and expands when pumped from the flaccid state. Just my observations, I am sure the FT professors may have more info on this point. That said, I do agree that the stretching and restoration of what you had pre-ED occurs. I am in the midst of experiencing it personally. I have an LGX and I would love to get 20% over my previous 6 incher, but I am thinking no matter what, I will be fortunate to get most of that original 6 back.

I agree w MWSW in that no matter how much your implant stretches that stretched measurement would have to be what they used to implant. If they measured 20cm and installed a 20cm that then stretched even by 3-5% then it would be an oversized implant and would cause erosion and a lot of pain in the glans. As Perito stated in several videos, an implant can not grow your penis. It can only restore what you had at some time in the past.
I will say my Titan was over an inch short at implant but over 6-8 months I gained back to my original size. Also about the 6-8 months it would only loose about a 1/2” when flaccid… now after 22 months it goes down by about an inch. I’m sure it is folding up on itself as it’s very soft and pliable. I can feel a couple dog ears but they are soft enough that there’s no issues at all. My dick also hangs much more down now than it did earlier on after the surgery.

I do everything I can to get to pain, and I never do. I pump up to full capacity and leave it inflated for a couple of hours and don't feel any pain. At most, a *little discomfort under the tips, but nothing even approaching pain.
I wonder if my 3 months of VED prior to the surgery stretched me out much further than the cylinders ever will. I would get to 7 3/4 in the tube without much trouble, and now I'm 6 5/8" x 5 1/4" fully inflated.
Am I lucky or unlucky? I can't tell. This sounds weird, but I kind of wanted the pain. I've been cycling for less than a week.
EDIT: I didn't want a lot of pain, just a little pain. :|

Jage64, I'm in the same boat. After the 6-week waiting period I started cycling a couple of days ago and I'm not feeling any pain. Other members reported pain in their aggressive effort to store their lost length as quickly as possible. I know that, with the use of injections, I was about 6"+ just prior to surgery and now I'm under 5" when inflating as much as I can. It's now about the same size as when I was partially inflated for 6 weeks. Not having any discomfort while cycling makes me think that I'm not able to squeeze the OTR bulb sufficiently hard to restore any length and I won't make any progress. I'm guessing that I was sized correctly for a 6" erection but having been partially inflated for that long it will take time to get that 1" back. I just don't know if I'm pressing hard enough.

Based on your updated signature you were able to restore the lost length. Did you do anything different, or were you able to gradually pump more saline into the tubes as they softened? I know that the Titan does not increase in size but I do hope the tubes that were implanted (22cm and 22.5cm) will accommodate the 6" target I desire and had immediately prior to the surgery.

I'm in the same boat. Over a year now, and zero pain. Just my opinion, no pain (or discomfort) no gain. Suspect that I've lost a bit of length, but gained some girth.

Am now considering a VED to help improve length, since I've read on this forum that the implant also stretches a bit.

I believe a small bit of glans discomfort means a mildly aggressive sizing.
That happened in my case, and I got a CM growth from my lifelong size.
I think I got a bit of girth also, but that doesn't come from aggressive sizing.
