Unless you have great insurance or medicare, the cost in USA is absurd, and for that price it doesn’t even last as long as as the malleable, mechanical parts that can fail

I mean literally all it takes is for one pin hole to be present from factory or develop and all the saline will leak out thats terrible design, at that price it shouldn’t even leak out, there should be a prevention design

The malleable, literally the only problem is erosion, but erosion is also possible with inflatable anyway.

You may also die in India. My cousin went there for his implant and nearly died. The hospitals/ clinics are filthy and chances of infection are very high.
1/ When he asked the surgeon about how to care for himself the ' high profile' surgeon who ' trained' in the U.S.A told him to check Youtube for after care!
2/ The female nurses wouldnt go anywhere near his Penis after surgery due to culture - He had to change his own dressings.
3/ The surgeon was not to be seen until minutes before he was to leave to catch his flight home to U.K
4/ He even had to carry his own bags from the room to the taxi.
5/ The rooms, beds, equipment ect shown on the internet of the hospital were not what he experienced when he got there - very old second world war beds and equipment used!

my implant cost on my bill I think was 19k for a rigicon mallabble .. medicare here in the US .. and the local factory rep refuses to talk to you or answer any questions ... standard line is "ask your Dr." .. which in my case you never see the Dr. again after surgery just his staff which was not trained in how to demonstrate my implant at all. ... been implanted since 6-2023 and still don't know what I'm supposed to and not supposed to do with this implant. The only way is to make an appointment with the surgeon and make sure that is who I'm going to see and that takes forever since he is quite busy .. every practice seems to have it's own rules and ethics ... I hear guys on here talk about how easy it is to contact their surgeon and get answers ... others like me see the Dr. one time and done ..
