Congratulations to you on an exhilarating experience! ! The fact that you are so positive gives us prospective implant subjects even more reason to look to the future with anticipation. :)

The difference for me was the shape. It was simply a bit more oval from a girth perspective, and this was not negative, just different. It was firmer on the sides too. If my results thus far give a glimpse of what to look forward to, I am really happy. It was such a wonderful feeling to have that control. I mean, I have never been able to rely on my body's ability to respond the way I wanted it to when it came to sex, so this was great. I was in complete control. How about that? I never would have thought and what a terrific thing for any guy to have.

I had a knee replacement in 2007 and 6 days later I was asking what the hell did I do to myself! Knee is great, was glad I did it sooner than later and I am confident that Ill feel same about my implant. Waiting on my companyto change insurance companies and thn I'dlike to get it done in late January!

Good morning good people. 4+ weeks post op and I feel really good. As I don't get officially activated until the 30th, I have pumped about four times with little difficulty. I've noticed about 1/2 loss in length so far, but with my LGX, I expect to regain that back in the next 6 to 12 months so I AM NOT CONCERNED AT ALL. Girth is a terrific 5" which is what I had at my best errection with medicinal help. That may go up to which would only be an added bonus. The pump has gotten a little easier each time I use it. I have found that the angle I apply pressure greatly affects the ability to squeeze the bulb so for those of you having difficulty, try to change the angle you push on the bulb. With that said, I am please to share that the cylinders seem to have been placed properly as when pumped up, my glans are not floppy.

Well, that's it for now. More to follow. All the best, P1

Great news. So with glans not being floppy, is this from some blood flow (erection, if you will) to glan or do you notice the tubes actually furnishing inflation to glans? Hope to read of continuing success. billy

Billy, The glans scenario is attributed to both proper placement of the tubes and good blood flow. When inflated, the tubes initially give me great rigidity through the shaft to the glans. When I get aroused, the blood flow completes the package.

Hope this helps.

p,
Yes, that helps my understanding. So, in my particular case, where actually can get an erection and good blood flow but lack the ability to keep hardness, I should have good firm glan. That is, in theory, and with great hopes. Next question I would have and one you can not answer just yet, but what happens to glan firmness when you have climaxed but partner has not. Will your ability continue due to the wonderful hardness of inflation or will you suffer enjoyment due to glan blood flow possibly decreasing (assuming ejaculation will cause this). The question especially bothers me because of PE and retrograde ejaculation (from TURP). Perhaps I am overly paranoid about "floppy head" as I know a good firm glan makes for better sex.
Thanks, and again, so glad to read that you are doing well.
