As sum of the FT readers would know, I was having major problems with the pump but then I visited a local urologist with printouts from FT (both my surgeons are at least 1500 kms away) .He squeezed real hard, then did a reset by inflate-deflate , then straightened the tubes etc and the pump now is as right as rain.
My questions to all of you who have spoken of a reset ( by either holding the deflate button and pushing the pump at the same time or alternating between the inflate bulb and the deflate button) are:
1.Did you only have to do it one time or time and again? .
2.After this kind of a reset procedure, do you always hear the pop at the first attempt?
3.Mine needs both hands to pump then how do I press the deflate button?
4.Is daily cycling the right solution to this? I hate cycling everyday particularly as I don't need to use it
Any tips to prevent this again would be highly appreciated.
