My glans only gets engorged when I “flex” my dick. But as soon as I release, my glans goes back to being unengorged while pumped up. Does this ever resolve? Im 7 months post op

I use daily 5mg cialis. It makes a big difference. Some days I forget, no big deal. Sometimes on days I know I’ll have sex I’ll use 10 mg. Did your glands stay engorged pre op? My glands blood flow has remained the same for the most part. If I pump up to the max then get turned on my glands swell and that swelling goes away fairly quickly, if I get turned on then pump up the engorgement seems to stay, could be in my mind more than anything but I think its a thing for me.

You would be back to standard treatments if its an issue, cock ring, pills etc....

Tri gel does work for floppy glans. Its expensive and if you go that route I'd highly suggest you begin with the lowest dosage. I stopped using due to the discomfort even though it worked and my head has almost fully resolved itself as Im almost 15 months in.

I would try this intravenous gel that my doctor recommended me. You put it in the tip and insert it into your urethra 20 minutes before sex and the head of your dick gets so engorged and it last for about an hour and the sensitivity is amazing I would totally recommend it to anybody I have a refrigerator stock full even though sometimes, I do not use it because of the spontaneous moments but all in all it works. Another thing that you could do before I discovered that was play with the rim of the tip of your penis and practice getting it harder and creating blood flow. It definitely allows glans engorgement but the trapped blood goes cold and is very obvious to the partner.
